You like many of your heroes have not accepted that the outlook for shareholders
here has changed dramatically. Many are in denial, the lack of any update is frustrating,
but we do know we are back to P2's and do not have funds for another P3... The heady
days of waiting for SPRINTER results and the prospect of being a commercial enterprise
are history. Sensible holders have recalibrated their expectations, not allowed on here
to air their views without being instantly trolled by the T/G/F brigade and in my case you too!
The market values us at less than we floated before we had ever completed a trial.... That
is a vital clue, and where are the buyers??? Directors buying..No... Spread growing...Yes...
At this rate we will be lucky to get the results in 2024.... I genuiney think that SNG will
announce the need to raise when our results are released, and that puts me in the Rogues
Gallery.... No one wants that to happen, but suggesting it will should not be met with abuse !
Tommy
I posted last week that after SPRINTER failed we should have resumed COPD trials
and you blasted my post as ridiculous..... I genuinely think I have a bettrer idea on how
we could have recovered from a failed/mismanaged trial to be in a much better position now
than the board of SNG, and definitely Tommy could envisiage... I have said we do not have the funds
for our very late to the table agenda for P2's... I think I will be proved right.. Many on here too blinkered
to see it.. GLA!
The P
The next set of results will be the first published by our New CFO.
I think Ward was pushed, not many do! But we will have the opportunity
for someone new to assess our financial position. It was clear from reports
at the AGM that Ward did not have a handle on basic numbers, so I question
if similar malaise applied to the braoder accounts and forecasts...We will see!
Unlike many here I do not get stressed about SNG, I made the choice to invest
and accept my paper loss. But the lack of communication leads to speculation,
many on this board would rather log on to see only positive thoughts, if that
is their wish they can filter posters at will. Why moan about something when you
have the ability to resolve it..... ATB!
Tommy
You are starting to sound quite ridiculous..
My message was for you only, so hence the title thread...
But you realise that I have identified an issue with the funds going forward
and that does not fit with the narrative you want to control on here.....
You should take some good advice and filter me... It is up to RM to manage
shareholders expectations..Not You!
As I said last night, until we get the results RNS none of us know the state of
our finances... You have posted that you will correct posts you think are not factual
well Tommy so will I, so no amount of tacky attacks on me by you or anyone else
will change that.. I am going no where...:D
TOMMY..... ANOTHER U TURN.. This is what you post last night....Make your mind up!TommyD_19

I would agree Spacman that the finances are tight, how tight is impossible to know until we get the update.
The question is will the update include a resolution to that, either in the short or long term, through some funding option / partner involvement / TFG
Will it be partially resolved in the short term by a rise in the share price on news of trials starting, giving the company more financial options.

If an offer is made shareholders vote on it, there is no need to suspend the share.
I think a JV is more likely, we are still assessing how great our discovery is..
No one is going to entertain a TO until we know how valuable our assets are
so do not worry ..
Doc.Dan
Seriously... I was just sharing with you that many knew about Tommy's news
and had responded respectfully with good wishes, you had obviously missed the posts!
I only posted yesterday on the financing topic in light of a U Turn from Tommy who
had suddenly acknowledged there may be a need for further funds, it now seems
he is trying another one suggesting all is fine.. There are only 2 topics in my opinion
that matter to shareholders going forward, starting our P2's and having the funds
to complete them...
Tommy!
I have already said a raise in H1... I have also said a few times that I thought the SP
was being propped up by someone.. As we all know TGF will have a say in a placing,
so SNG will have to have their backing.... I do not think it will be significant because
TGF will want to protect their position. If we are trialing in the US that could be costly,
But SNG will want to have funds at the end of the trial to have time to explore options
assuming we pass conclusively.. TGF may buy a few before the placing is announced
enough to cross a threshold and trigger a RNS, that should encourage some buying
with the hope there is a lift in the SP. When we see the results RNS I would hazzard
a guess, but we have nothing tangible at this point to base a guess on so I won't!
You never know A Director may buy some to show some faith....I do not see a JV
before the trial results..All IMHO!
Now IF I am not mistaken... Tommy/RM is acknowledging
a fundraise is coming... But it's okay Tommy, you do not need
to manage my expectations on this matter, as I predicted it
weeks ago....!!!
Spacman...
SNG spent £5.5 Million in the first half of last year, so your figure of £300K a month is well out!
From our interims RNS...

There was a time you posted worthwhile articles, but you have morphed
into a control freak, monitoring this board 24/7 and trying to control the narrative
all day every day.. You have lost respect and cannot see it... I think many here
would agree that Doc.Dan understands the science better than you!
