Useless if we are not producing, last time it went high GR promised us we were producing bags and showed it on Video with Mark .... this time we can't run the plant the price will only be important once we prove we can produce . only current saving grace is i persume the poor quality stuff we have bagged is worth a biit more in tye market place ... (dependant of what the reall grade is in the bag , if any grade...)

why not raise before the consolidation as normally it drops when this type of event happens unless linked to a great RNS

1 GR resigns

2 Additional items paid for and installed

3 plant re commisioned and able to process material without issue - grade will be validated on site , as need to know before its put back online fully

4 Canmax agree not to take over

Another false dawn , and GR trying to get the price higher for another placing , as PREM need funds to run the plant for a period which will allow the quality to be consistenty produced and verified., As its just commisioning again to see all parts are still working and can actual process material ..... now for the big part feed and process continously for a full test and evaluation ..... which needs money

Prem has defaulted on the off agreement with Canmax and at present we are in discussions with various 3rd parties relating to financing to allow us purchase required hardware to process material which is deem to allow us to produce product at SC6 grade , however we still awaiting an update from Canmax before we can move forward , Discussions witn Canmax are ongoing and relations are good and we are hopefull of a resolution which will beenfit both parties ...... lets see

Only needs a fairly smalll amount of money in the scheme of things to do the testing and get the results he needs , but because of the constaint lies in the past no one is intrested it his stories , if it is such a dead cert that the upgrade will work why does he not put his money it ... because GR does not believe it !!!! all this time waiting for nothing is costing just to keep the lights on we could have took the gamble and installed and tested , if failed then turn the lights out , he will maybe just go into admin , so Canmax lose as well !!!

I think most have given up with GR and PREM now just holding as they lost so much now its like seeing what they have left placed on plymouth beating both liverpool and Man city in the FA cup at 2000/1 its a gamble ......

Why as canmax were paying for the plant did they not have a clause or protection in the contract PREM had with STARK .. would have been cover for both . where are stark now what about refunds for crap items ......

What is the current status of ZULU shareholders are now getting impatient having lost most of there money see the company basically wiped out financially and from a confidence point of view we need to know who made the terrible mistakes at ZULU prem or the supplier STARK even a year later we are at the still don’t know point of production Canmax must be livid with whats gone on , we as SH’s have invested our money to be lied to and deceived for years its about time we were told the truth ‘it may assist us getting something back out of this mess can youn answer the following

1) What is your PLAN B?

2) WHO MADE THE MISTAKES IN THE PLANT DESIGN stark or Prem, if Stark what recourse do PREM HAVE

3) Did PREM do and submit all the paperwork for the export of the product

4) What is happening with RHA and the SH’s money YOU spent to get nowhere. Where the money we are owed I would assume the Zim government never agreed the spend as they fought it was not being spent correctly hence no approval process.

5) Where is the stated revenue from MHN and the kit we loaned

6) Why the hell did you spend Zulu ringfenced money on CIRCUM another waste of SH’s money

7) What is happening with TCL and the resource there PS how is our lodge doing !!

Based on performance and delivery I would assume the ZIM government would ever let PREM near a licence and resource again . as that revenue to them as well

GR is a serial BS...TER ................ no export licence , no SC6 , no plan B , GR does want GR want's thats to enjoy life on SH money . i think he has finally run out of friends and options as the same time shame we all let him and the pumpers get away with it ...... wheres the chasing of Stark or was it GR who knew better , its about time we emailed STARK to get ther view in the open , i will send one today maybe they will reply

Surely GR would never do any on the following as he is so straight

2) Under deliver

3) Under estimate

4) Not Know what he is doing

5) Fabricate the Truth

6) Mislead anyone

7) Tell Porkies

8) take wages when we cant pay other staff

none of the above would never happen on his watch
