Cap-XX's total current manufacturing capacity is circa A$14m per year (currently they're at about A$5m), so some pretty hefty ramp up of production will be needed to get to £300m market cap. I expect it will more likely be significant joint ventures and collaborations with OEM that Cooley will help enable.

Exactly CTSFO, Cooley has got a huge following, most of whom won't have heard of CPX until now. It will surely add significantly to the pool of 'sticky hands'.

No I absolutely don't think that!! In any case the patents haven't been granted yet so you can't negotiate with something you don't have.

Also you're wrong about payments - the settlement DOES involve payments to Tesla (just not material):

· Legal cost exposure - the Company announced on 21 March 2024 that it had reached an agreement with Maxwell/Tesla to settle all outstanding matters related to the historic litigation by way of a series of payments that the Board considers are not material amounts in the context of CAP-XX;

As far as I understand it's mainly HNW's who have more money than sense, buying in the placing only to sell (at a loss) afterwards because it hasn't done 200% in a week.

If they are mostly buys why is the price edging down? There must be a large sell order being processed or something.

Indeed, this is new territory for me. I picked some up a couple weeks ago with the conviction to just see what happens once it's delisted. At least I won't need to check the share price every 5 minutes now.
