I see it slightly different - directors can't buy in closed periods but can buy any other time. So regardelss of what inside info he has he can only ever buy in an 'open' period.

The curremt market cap is now below £1m.

Essentially this company is now worthless - a busted flush with less value than a turd.

It certainly is. It's been about time for me for years so hopefully it will finally pay off this year!!

Because he's a trader and he plays the game very well. I don't begrudge him his winnings, he isn't a millionaire for nothing. I wish I had more confidence to play it.

There are still 265m warrants outstanding.

There were a total of 350m as follows:

200m for Allenby

150m for directors (mostly Lars), although 20m of Lars are at 1.31p.

A more pertinent question would be, does Graham Cooley know whether this is realistic / unrealistic?

Have you had that conversation with him? Although I do appreciate that will be market sensitive.
