CAP-XX said it was not material - so I'd say we'd be looking for a figure in the low hundreds of thousands. Also it was a series of payments so some of these could be spread of multiple financial years.

Going private doesn't mean being bought out, it just means de-listing from AIM.

Everyone would still own their shares, it would just be very difficult to trade them. Often when companies go private they offer what is known as a 'matched bargain facility' - which is where JP Jenkins come in - this is what they specialise in. Essentially you could still trade your private shares via JP Jenkins but only if your stockbroker is set up for it.

So JP Jenkins have 'liked' Cooley's post on LinkedIn.
