Heavy selling to end the week with. There has been heavy PI selling the last few days - you can tell because the broker account fees are added to the trade (e.g. £8008). So one or more PIs seem desperate to dump at this level, but why!

Before the lines were transferred to CAP-XX from Japan, Murata had contracts worth around A$14m - that was 3 or 4 years ago. In all that time CAP-XX have barely moved over A$3 - $4m turnover - so indeed most of Murata's customers have gone up in smoke which is p**s poor. At the time CAP-XX said this would be transformational to the company.

I know what you're saying B+, but CAP-XX has always been like that. I've been here since 2015 and those quotes are entirely 'normal' for CPX.

Lars buys 80m shares at 0.008p. Company gets 64k.

Lars sells all at 0.11 making £24k profit and then buys back 2 x 10m at 0.12p.

You know what Parkez, when you do the maths that works out perfectly. I think that good well be it. Be interesting to see how the market takes it.

One caveat the company would get £64k not £72k.

Hi Parkez, I kind of get what your saying. So if you like Lars is 'taking one for the team'. Buying his options, selling them and then buying back a smaller amount at a higher price.

This way the company has cash for a bit longer, Lars has some pocket money and still has some shares to ride with?

That will send out a hugely negative signal to the market if Lars has bought at 0.08 and then sold at 0.11. He will have no credibility left, Stay tuned, Iron hands, etc., etc.

To excise the warrants they have to pay CPX the value at 0.15p. Then CAP-XX will issue an RNS that more shares have been issued at the excise price. If Allenby are then selling at 0.11p they just made a huge loss.
