CS (and the Nomad) had plenty of time to reflect on his/their mistake about reserves and resources but stubbornly continued in the error of their ways, refusing to put things right with a clarification when asked to do so? This really is scandalous.

Do you agree with them? He may have made excuses for not publishing the MT DFS. Does that make him untrustworthy since we are not aware of the exact circumstances where he may have had to hide behind a ‘legality’? Not in my book, at any rate.

The $1m loan facility and further tax rebates, even without the sale of concentrate, see EUA into 2025. Guess who the pressure is on now! If LOGP are going ahead with a claim under the ECT that leaves LG no option but to go ahead with a JR, if Vevan is to remain an oil and gas exploration company as per published Articles. On the other hand LG might be willing to wait a year or so and see if Ryan is removed from office, when the LU would likely be reinstated? Perhaps he sees this as a way to gain some leverage over and create uncertainty at LOGP? That is, if he has designs on taking over that company. What would the situation be, legally and financially for LOGP, if they have to terminate their ECT application if and when the LU is reinstated? Any well-informed opinion on that? Layla, let’s really annoy the negheads and suggest that the notion of unfriendly persons rather than unfriendly jurisdictions was deliberately introduced with companies like EUA and the charming Irishman CS in mind. EUA has very good relations with the Russian state. It was chosen to represent Russia in Toronto four years ago, remember.
