Hackett and his friend JockStraps are clearly unhappy that The Russian Federation is happy to accept a $251m valuation for WK (and Flanks?). It goes against their long-held ‘views’ and ‘calculations’. Very humiliating for them and TrickyDicky2 of course. I find a 5% + base very comforting if the buyers and the Russian Federation agree on c. $80B valuation as the Key to the Kingdom of Kola, their views being the only ones that matter.

Would someone please ask CS what happens to the above licence? I was very puzzled how West Kytlim could only represent 0.3% of total resources but of course the above licence is not included. Why did he not mention the above licence and what is happening to it? The estimated resources in that licence area are many many many times greater than those in West Kytlim proper. If the new Russian owners have rights over this as well, we could say they got it for (next to) nothing. It is an interesting question and I hope CS can answer it.
