GoneRogue with out thinking I can say just look at S America. Governments mate, once they see a $3 BILLION dollar company they will be tested as to why Ghana is not benefitting more ? I know you are strong on the community and local gov getting involved and 'looked after' and I fully agree BUT big money makes people get greedy. Seen many times a company ruined by greed.

Another Nigeria oil. Locals go and pop a hole in the pipeline whenever they want and sooo much oil is lost through theft.

I think the Ghana gov just cracked down on hand dug pits by locals to get a grip of whatever they were digging up. Its Africa, could be S America or Central America.

9B - I agree with you. ALL will not hang about PLL or not ! PLL can stockpile it if they want but it will not slow down the mining permits and push to construction. I would be very surprised if the US Gov are not in the background making sure security , Ghana Gov and all the spook things they get up to to block any Chinese medling.

EMH in Czech has Putin all over it as its the largest deposit in Europe and Central to Germanys energy plans.... 2027/28 atleast for those poor suckers.
CEZ has 51% control and wasted Sooo much time that from nowhere even Cornish Lithium and British Lithium will be producing before then and they are the yound kids on the block.

I'm not sure of your investment risk / experience of investing, but I feel I need to say - just be very careful.
I've been in Africa a couple of times and got burned both times on projects that have great assets.

NEVER EVER assume that even what a company tells you is right let alone the media or forums. NEVER listen to anything anyone on here writes and ALWAYS do the hard yards. Follow up everything that is of interest to you and then assume you are wrong and double check that too.

It is SO hard to make money on AIM and SO easy yo lose it.

I hope we all do well here but for your own sanity and health be really really really careful.

One example was Piedmont said permits for a starting application were in with the authorities back in Oct Nov last year, the meeting they held with the community was a shambles and it came out that the very people in the room included the group who had to sign it off and they had heard nothing ! The sp dropped like a stone on that bomb shell.

That was PLL in the US who are such a legal country you'd be amazed anything ever gets through.

I have mentioned this before but as of this pm I will throw it out again.

The CEO of Tees Valley Lithium processing plant & Freeport Tees was at the Piedmont Lithium Bod level.
They specifically pointed to 2024 processing.
They pointed out European Lithium ( not emh 2027 production imho way too big a project, with 0.4% mica ??? Thousands of tons from underground mining needed to make a few tons of Lith Hydrox ).
They also pointed out S American supply ... ?
But on their presentation they also show and arrow from Western Africa to the UK.

Atlantic Lithium have clearly stated that supply will go to the EU too. 50% is currently Piedmonts, but there is another 50%.

So keep with me here.

Tesla paid Piedmont for 30% production upfront.
Tesla now building a lithium hydroxide plant planned for US S coast. Obviously to take imports of lithium , mainly from Brazil along with Nickel if I am not mistaken.
So going back to Atlantic and 2024.
Tesla are - rumour & speculation - but looking at buying out stricken BritishVolt up in Blyth near Teeside Tees Valley Lithium plant ready for production 2024.
If Atlantic do produce in 2024 are Piedmont ie Tesla getting 30% of that production and if they buyout BritishVolt they could via Alkemy Capital / Tees Valley Lithium get further direct supply in to Freeport Teeside?
Atlantic are deffo sending spodumene to the EU, so who's over-riding Piedmont OR are they linked to Piedmont via who not what they can do ?

Piedmont still get 50% PLUS % of all production ?

Atlantic Lithium being involved with Piedmont who also part own Sayona brings in to play THE CIRCLE ?

Sayona NAL goes to live production in Q1 2023 so just 3-6 months until they open up processing.
Piedmonts processing is not live until 2025/26 so the early 50% of production from Atlantic in 2024 could well be shipped to Canada and Sayonas NAL plant ?

Handy that LRC Waratah just bought in ?

LRC being anywhere near Atlantic Lithium for investing in is big news.

I can see the roll on effect of the followers of LRC now joining in before the ASX listing and CERTAINLY before the release of the PFS and outstanding drilling results on 22,000 feet.

It is most definately not beyond placing an price target of 80-85p +/- 10p on this now.

Someone was posting about EMH who have been up over £1.20 in the liars golden years back in 2018. Political football avoid. However, their ASX listing to AIM listing took it from 7p to 80p GBP not cents.
The overnight phonecalls on 5-7p rises a day were great memories.

I think this is in the same ball park. LRC being involved...as partner to Waratah is a big moment.

The norm being sell off profits from lunch to close, so yes I would say something good is happening behind the scenes.

The pull of shares from one exchange to another is often stronger than any issue raising.

Atlantic Lithium purity of resource is so high it does not need floatation to reach processing grade for basic lithium. Buyers / Metal traders are in the knowledge they will get a premium product as good as most top end ASX listed lithium miners

Atlantic Lithium quality is so high they only need 10mm coarse crush to be able to ship it for processing.

Thats going to save large amounts of time and money on the CAPEX & DFS.

PFS within 10 trading days = Q3 reporting?

Dont be surprised if Alkemy Capital or Traxys pop up to buy offtake supply.
With 50% still up for grabs, the money from these guys to invest in getting the project moving could be transformational.

Drilling started 2-3 months ago towards providing DFS data sets to include the new upgrade and after the PFS update which should be any day now?
Listing on ASX 29th Sept.
1st week of October is looking good for PFS upgrade.

Note the current resource is based on approx $900pt.
Didnt Pilbara Minerals just do an auction round and got over $6,000pt ??? I mean WOW.

The PFS should be pretty top end stuff based on the fact the quality of the lithium is some of the best in the world !

List on ASX ? Yes definately a great move, the Australians take no stick and no prisoners when it comes to new mines coming to market.
EMH is laughed at by most on ASX. All about the grade, it has to be spodumene and large volume.

If they see all 3 - which Atlantic Lithium has - then they will invest heavily !

I've a miner friend in Perth and a large lithium investor friend in Melbourne.

Not sending everything to China as expected , virtually a tradition, really has challenged serial metals investors in Australia to look at the new Western money coming in to challenge Chinese control of 85%+ processing of Lithium globally. Its messing with their heads but if the PFS comes up trumps and the economics of shipping to ..... ? .... look good then money will flow in.

I have been genning up here and was relieved to see todays rns being pretty positive.
Major cash increase caused by crisis being used to pay down some debt - nice thinking if there is to be any kind of tax / income snatch in a sneeky way.
Great potential in cornwalls hot granites inline with my current investments.
Great and quick potential to get gas flowing for the very short term in notts & lincs to name but two countues full of natural gas.
Hydrogen interests line up with my current investments - tick
Altogether a good buy price. Could drop a little further but in at discount to the rush after Truss declaring moritanium being lifted on fracking. Sure to be some upside from this.

I would guess this will be factored in as new to the sp.

PS - If you sell out and they release the PFS before the listing you'll kick yourself.
Very unlikely because of the price balance ratio on open in Oz, but never say never.
