Just a quick note that if you want the possibility of benefitting from any type of share offer in the probable IPO of Cornish Lithium, the cut off point is usually 2-4 weeks as a holder here prior to the IPO instruction.

You may see a general market correction in the coming weeks and a possible dip here too, but if you sell some or all and the IPO gives the chance of cheap shares to CUSN holders then you may well miss out on a bargin.

Cornish Lithium sooner rather than later will get a major coming in a offering an MoU for a large chunk of lithium. I am actually surprised it has not already happened ? Since June there have been some huge deals for future supplies being bought up before a spade has hit the deck.
Today Li-Cycle declared they may well have to ADD LITHIUM to the recycled lithium they process as demand is already way above what they can possibly provide in 2025 !!!

ANY error in judgement by the UK Gov to not fund, guide and aid the supply chain in anyway will lead to delays that BritishVolt are experiencing.

The US links AND CASH to both companies shows very close bonds. The US has a list of "Critical Metals" the UK has recently got its act together to also create a list of UK "Critical Metals". CUSN, CL & BL will not be allowed to drift unless a major flaw in management developes !

Probably as solid an investment as you will get in the next 10 years to invest in.

Thing is ALK TVL will ship to the EU if the uk gov mess things up here and do not assist uk industry.
With 35+ gigfactories in the EU being built they have no lithium processing either or lithium until 2025-26.

Mr Musk knows high grade SAFE supply is a high in demand and will be first in the queue. He already has 30% of Piedmont Lithium in 2020. The mine opens in 2025/26.

I have been very clear since June. MAJORS NEED LITHIUM AND ARE BUYING IT UP well ahead of the mine even being in DFS position let alone construction.

DLE technology is much faster to production than mining with lithium carbonate production from brine a 24/7 365 days a year with very small carbon footprint ie large concrete pad and plant area v open cast mine.

Watch this space on lithium.

As for the BBC program on yesterday it just shows the scale of the china clay pits AND THE SPOIL. The spoil is very very high in lithium mica that just needs processing. Anyone know anyone who can process lithium mica ?

No reason a factory in Somerset could not incorporate a lithium hydroxide plant. As he says having a raw lithium feedstock plant to process rock to lithium hydroxide is a license to print money ! Never known Mr Musk not try and work the system inorder to cash in ! Time will tell. CL IPO could be a very interesting time ;-)

Lithium in the UK is going to get some very serious eyes, especially with every minute today being comsumed in the media with energy strategy.

Its not just about electric cars , it is way more than that.

In Cornwall, the amounts of lithium will be viable and will supply a new sector of GigaFactories based in the UK but also in Europe now stands at planned battery production using lithium @ 20+ Gigafactories.

I am ok with rock mica low grade being open pit mined and mixed with historic old clay waste which does contain loose lithium mica tonnage just ready to be processed, but I think we will hear very quickly in the next few months about the DLE Lithium extraction that Cornish Lithium are currently assessing.

My estimates of 3mt of lithium from brine with a much lower carbon footprint will gather pace and if they are not as stupid as they have been , the government will back the whole sector to the hilt.

ALK has a truely unique european entry point and demand will exceed processed lithium supply for atleast the next 10-15 years.

The next 2 -3 months will get very very intetesting, see Cornish Lithium , Lepidoco and Atlantic Lithium.

Alkemy Capital are strong partners in Tees Valley Lithium, THE only processing plant for lithium from mica with impurities 0.4-0.7% ppm ( Cornish & British Lithium in the main but some possibility of spodumene rock with impurities in the uk BUT minimal ) to the BRINE more condenced lithium higher grade powder/crystal to a "possible supply" of 10mm chunks of high grade feedstock ( 1.2% ppm ) and not industry basics of 6mm coarse feedstock.

This 10mm larger coarse grain HIGH GRADE supply does NOT need floatation = much much reduced crushing, no extra acids in extra floatation processing so = cheaper than 90% of global supply at top end industry standard 6%.

This plant is looking at opening in Q4 next year , 13-15 months approx, so for mining a very close to production project? As someone says CL looking at 2026 production ? Imho 2025 will be hit and if they decide to go for BRINES imho it could become late 2024 with all the uk energy issues.

Atlantic are working with Piedmont who are to build a processing plant in N Carolina BUT not open until 2024/25 ?

Piedmont have SAYONA - I do hold shares in Sayona - they bought the old NAL processing plant in Canada which becomes THE FIRST N AMERICA LITHIUM PROCESSING PLANT in decades !!! Q1 2023 so within 6-7 months. Was previously producing large tonnage in 2017 until lithium was not cost effective. IE at the time the EV & energy storage sector was not even a thing really.

Atlantic may send 50% , as per current contract to the US.

50% is still free to buy.

They clearly state the Atlantic will ALSO SUPPLY EUROPEAN LITHIUM SUPPLY DEMAND by Q4 2023.
Hmmm isnt that the same date ALK & Tees Valley Lithium plant opens ???? TEEHEE.

So another question...who has capability other than Sayona and China in the main? Even Australia is NOT processing lithium. Australia has NO plant to do this, bits all shipped out !
