RE: RE: Deal or no deal25 Aug 2024 10:58
Negativity has come from retired statesman collecting pensions. I now understand why some of the research is not the best. Information technology is difficult to comprehend. It's no shame and quite prevelent in today's society.
It's a pity. I read that millions of shares are being held here. I also read that long term, high value net worth holders, with vast portfolios stretching the length and breadth of the world, don't know the email address of the company which can clearly be found on the company website after a two second Google search.
It's a wonder they can tie their shoe laces to get out the house.
Taking out the spin from "money being stolen, to whispering snake stories, to reporting to FCA, to enforcing contracts etc"....
We know the Orosur geo team went out to Colombia months ago. Contrary to belief, they will not be twiddling their thumbs.
It is clear that the plan is to stick Pepas, APTA and Cedro. The geologists would I assume be identifying targets and doing preparations. Will they already be drilling yet? No-one knows.
We do know when drills do turn, the lead times for results are going to be extremely quick. It would not be inconceivable for drill results to come with the conclusion to the deal. That would catch a few out.
Market LOVE drill results.
With this, although Minera Anza hold the licences currently there would have been some agreement with majors that the Orosur team can pitch up. A positive sign that at least the deal is agreed in principle with negotiation on finer details.
MMA over the piece of C&M had geologists conducting sampling over the land package, so there will be a wealth more data to exploit. It is my understanding Orosur have seen this data and have been generating models, identifying targets etc.
There's been personnel movement over at MMA in July 2024. A sign that MMA is in the process of being wound down maybe or that change is afoot/ in process?
This deal WILL go through. If not we have all been duped. Completely would understand the anger then.
What we don't know is the terms of the deal.
1. If it is direct/ indirect control.
2. What the ancillary agreements are.
3. Question mark of finance
4. When conclusion will land.
An RNS did change from direct/ indirect control to just plainly "indirect" 01/07/2024
"resulting in Orosur acquiring, indirectly, a 100% legal and beneficial ownership of the Project ("Acquisition")".
All else is noise, created by a lack of understanding, indecision, anger and misdirection.
Warren Buffet said "be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.”
This DOES offer fantastic intrinsic value, for the value hunter and WILL be trading higher when drills turn and Orosur are in the driving seat.
There are positives and negatives but no £5 million mcap company is without issues.
