4.2p is a big disconnect compared to AIM share price. So there is definitely some value there from what I can see. Omi's mcap is so small. We can see MMA spent $17.2 million on the project. Therefore we are at joke levels. Regardless of management failings. Simply put there is value here currently.

As bhargav likes to tell everyone tsxv is down by a certain high value percent. The equivalent share price there is currently sitting at 4.2p. Bit of anomaly there. They are extremely overvalued or aim market way undervalued. Went up 25percent even after the raise.

Who cares if it is a sell or buy, it's big enough to suggest a director purchase, though i would imagine it is still a closed period for them.

John. I hope people's averages are not higher than yours for their sakes. I'm invested here so apologies for having a positive spin on things but I can see the plan moving forward albeit slower than anticipated. I'll take a snails pace rather than being stuck in C&M with 49pc of Anza. I'd much rather be out of C&M with 100pc and having destiny in my own hands.

Plenty positives coming such as having Anza 100percent and having the largest land holding in the mid cauca belt. Pretty much guaranteed when drills start that the results will be world class in a gold price boom. Surely there is a midcap out there that see the positives of Anza.

I am of-course concerned about dilution and finances as I don't think dilution of shareholders every 6 months is a viable plan. I expect some kind of plan regarding finance will come at next webinar once Anza is completely in Omi's hands.

Maybe they might even have a trump card? But they are hardly going to play it just now.

As I have said this price is temporary and it is a good price to add. I just wish for your sake you'd average down so you can escape this torture :D

John are you getting paid by the word or the post? You seem really angry and I just don't get it. You should have took your own advice and sold lol. No one said it be easy to get Anza back. I've seen plenty of top up and buys today. Lovely price it is. Mcap is tiny for owning 100pc of Anza. Though admittedly I haven't taken any yet, mainly due to circumstance as I have a life outwith Omi. Fear not - while you hesitate and shed a tear daily, I'll be adding more and not crying into my sugar puffs.

I have no fear to add at these levels....It's a 7th of the price you paid...and I reallt hope we see your average for your sake so you can recoup your money. I'll be in wonderland at that price.

I expect the drop to the placing price to be temporary if I am being honest. We will rise again shortly.

There was always a high probability of a placing, I think everyone knew it would be on the cards it was a matter of when. Little Omi will however be the largest land holder in the world class mid cauca belt now which is quite mad to fathom. Once tsxv approval comes and it's firmly in hands, they need to lead from the front. Nice take out target when it goes through as well.

Seingred I'm expecting that tsxv approval RNS will be this week or next now. Can't raise and then not be hittting the drill hard. As you say things will move quickly now. I expect to see director buy shortly, when confirmed by RNS Anza is 100pc in their hands.

The company is away to get a major project back 100% in charge of their own destiny, able to promote the project and communicate transparently with the greater market.

The market want to hear the story and with proper backing from the board via director buys and a clear direction of travel, this little Goldie (not TIN) as per LSE descriptor (sort it out) has one of the best chances of smashing through 5p, 10p, 15p etc.

Not a pump. It's done it before I don't see why it can't do it again and I am sure once the TSXV approval completes and the project firmly in Omi's hands, this little number will leave the station for the last time.

I read 15 to 45 days. No one knows when tsxv approval went in. The RNS probably took 2 weeks to write and get the sign off from majors. Could easily be in the last legs of that.

Where is John's winners and bhargav's millionaire girlfriend? Perhaps Louis got abducted by the Clan del Golfo :D

Next week would make sense to me also but an update will come when an updates comes. John - No reason that the share price couldn't rise with brad at the helm. The next drills at Pepas are going to hit, pretty much guaranteed. We are only getting silence from Omi until the TSXV approval has been given. Brad is like a caged Tiger. He will want in and at Anza I am sure of it.

The only reason we are seeing a lack of trades is that investors are a little nervous that there will be a raise at a discount and they want to see clear direction of what the next catalysts for Omi are. Raise is not set in stone and if they do raise it won't necessarily be on the next update. Could be later.

Even if there is a raise that shouldn't be putting off punters. Greatland gold just diluted their shareholders and the share price has recovered, it took 2 weeks.

A raise with clear direction and going into the ground will be company defining for Omi.

The reason it is down here is because it's been in C&M for 2 years. That is almost over. In a strong gold environment with drill results coming thick and fast, a 7m mcap company's with a couple hundred million shares could get moved extremely quickly.

Omi currently is up and down like a yo-yo with hardly any of the percentage of the company traded. Imagine when they are actually doing something what could happen.

Notable junior miners that punters love on AIM

Greatland Gold have 5 billion shares in circulation.

Eurasia have 2.8 billion shares in circulation.

Prem have 34.2 billion shares in circulation.

These companies volumes are much better than Omi's and they have confetti numbers of shares. So a few raises and spent wisely I don't mind.

Omi in a world class postcode , still with the largest miner in the world as major holder can do great things. But they need to get past the C&M which by now is 99% done.

Bhargav. The spread here is massive and the down at tsxv you comment on was off the tiniest of volume. The volume there is tiny apart from a few anomalies. Hardly even worth posting.

Somehow John I don't believe you but if you want to keep wasting your time saying this is a dog day after day that's your choice. Could think of other woethier pursuits such as commenting on all your winners, basking in the glory of how devine you are.

Maybe the licences will run out :D
