How big would a rights issue be/ what would the dilution look like to get the capital to build the plant independent of anyone else?

Basicly comes down to funding, peel aren't going to fund a project they have no use for and as it is well known plot 10b will be fed from other plots (correct me if I'm wrong) therewould be no point in starting. As cheap credit has dried up peel are probably having a hard time fundjng anything at the moment, if the sit is running before 2025 I would be frankly amazed. And no this is not a decamp or any other passing contest just an honest look at the forecast as a layman sees it, (with a friend in construction management )

Hopefully someone with a few letters after their name can send an email explaining in layman terms what the DMG actually is
