Yes STAS, the business model is exactly the same pick on distress CO beat down there SP to nothing then steal the asset, start all over again, and do the same to some other sucker with no oversight or FCA intervention, CCAA / C11 just seems to sail through every court in the land... one can only imagine with billions of pound in other peoples ASSET ? they could easily pay there way to victory'' even the judge can be got at for the right price ? in this new money hungry no moral world we now find our self in
