That story you tell is becoming a little out of date now'' RICH, LOL!! considering SP already 8 bag in 2 weeks regardless of what happen in the pass, and still 4 bag up from it's low July 26th DYOR.. and if all the subscription have been taken up'' that would put a floor on the price @ 0.06p until more detail come to light on the government funding for this huge project and more LOS, IMO the take up @ 0.05p will be in instant profit'' as i don't think we will ever see that price again..

I'm expecting a proper rise before weekend..

SO it's now clear that BP is now added to the asset purchase ? but we are not sure what they get out of it ?

my thought'' is that BP & Summit will jointly own this huge asset'' and will be jointly responsible for any reorganisation of COPL going forward as I cannot see SUMMIT paying BP the £11.4m to walk away'' + stump up the £11m in DIP to COPL ? as it would make the asset worth more than the originally $56m steal planned ? and would surly bring into question if something should have been left for shareholders if the asset sale Auction was transparent if our debt was only $44m ?

just a thought'' while we wait on us small shareholders fate, and if we are or not to be included going forward..

Well it look like SS wanted to tell retail investors that the funding call is to pay for the bidding round to the government multi billion pound funding round already supported by 3 large UK influential energy CO ? and more LOS is coming ? so one would expect at least 30% of government £ billions in UKOG favour and would surly bring on a few off takers, and a point where we would be getting money thrown at the project ?

speculating off course as nothing is a given even with the support we are getting at a no braina SP so we will see..

You could well have a point there this time TIA1'' with your digging ? as it seems strange that COPL bought out CUDA with shareholders money CUDA is still pumping out O&G and look like they are expanding ? and we get shut down CCAA for our troubles ? are we missing something here ?
