my hope is still that CCAA get's wrapped up'' COPL become a shell as someone suggested, and shareholders play a part in any new funding when we come back to market, my rational been'' if BP get sorted in whatever form'' then the lenders may not pay all of that £11m DIP financing ? so PK may be force to ask shareholders to make up the difference in a GM, and come back to Market ? FK knows, but it would be nice to at least be given the chance to recover our investment if oil is still been pump from the site at the rate of 1000+ BOPD ?

so looking at that statement above, we can clearly see that we have over 10 bagged with a high last week of 0.1450p and IMO could easily 10 bag again with the right news ? and to think of it'' people was telling us not to buy @ 0.038p not to buy @ 0.05p not to buy at 0.08p LOL!! STAS'' perhaps you may have to do your detective work once more, to find out if these COPL Subsidiary on the list are still operating and taking money under the quiet ? because it's funny as said before, that PK was pleading poverty in a statement to the court that the CO will run out of money by JUNE ? and 2 month on they now say they will be alright till AUG ? where is all this extra cash to run operation coming From ? as we all know that the £11m DIP has not been paid yet due to the ongoing dispute with BP who has now agreed to a slice of something we don't know what it is yet'' but this run out of money blag is another blatant lie to the court about COPL finance, that no one seems to be taking serious on our behalf at all

Thanks for that update STAS, and your factual comments, I must say you have done your best for both side of the coin to hold someone to account, using your own time to email CO to bid for our asset a few month back without been paid, to no avail, as it was already PRE planned who would win the battle for COPL asset 4 month before suspension, it's all there in black and white in PK statement, the judge must be blind not to see this blatant conflict of interest and will be culpable IMO, if shareholders are left with nothing after the expected restructuring
