Yes RBM but us little people still do not know what was agreed in monetary term or asset share term or peace of the NEWCO term because the finer detail is still to be flashed out that's why the judge allow an extension to the 20th July ?

BP have not got this big around the world by been nice to there competitors'' but 1 thing we do know is that they have always looked after there shareholders, and pays a handsome dividend and are more trusted world wide than these crooks

STEVE'' what we know so far, is that BP have not withdraw there objection to the stalking horse bid yet'' and the Judge have given the x2 owner of all of COPL asset'' until July the 20th to come to an agreement,

my hope is that BP with there many ££billions buy out SUMMIT and look after shareholders, even if they have to close it down and restart with a BP badge on this huge asset

The Applicants are requesting

an extension of the Stay of Proceedings until July 20,

so nothing is a given yet, until SUMMIT & BP come to some kind of agreement on or before that date

Well it certainly looks like most of that 75m issue has already been forward sold on the volume today NEWS'' and that bringing this RNS this late could help stability tomorrow...

Morning all faithful, just sitting here thinking if CLON can do 500% from lower SP than us with 7bill in issue, then there is no reason why RRR cannot do the same when the stars line up with all our assets.. and less in issue
