ART consolidate the shares, borrowed money from us to buy Cuda an already producing asset, and investors problem with dilution started from then as to what the money was really use for ? to untangle these false statement to the Market and this purported fraud'' as it has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt ? we will have to go way back to the consolidation / prospectus, to untangle these web of lies IMO..

Wile we are at it STAS'' the question still remain, when was these 10 other subsidiary on the court list SET UP'' ? and for what reason ? when they could just about afford to Run the only listed COPL ? was monies from bond holders transfer to these other entity in the past few years and hidden ?

what I'm saying is most of these subsidiary was never made known in any financial statement to the Market before CCAA come to light ?

The amendment to the AVO look to have 3 option to me if they are to pay BP what's owed ?

[1 ] a new bidding process for the asset as the old one was flawed ?

[2] pay BP £11.4M to stop objection, take over the deeds the whole lot ?

[3] ask shareholders to contribute in the restructuring to get back that unexpected thought they have gotten away with it £11.4m they just gave to BP ?

whatever way this end up playing out I'm still hopeful for us all with these new information coming to light coupled with the pressure been applied by CAG & MC in the background, that cannot now be disputed as everyone and the judge can now see the argument on KSV official site, and wither it's late or not, and because BP was also late in there objection and raise a few of the concern we also had like undervalued asset and bidding time none existing ? and still got a successful claim ? eye brows here and across the pond in shareholders favour will be raised for sure..

· Preparations continue for gold project inception in Burkina Faso

· Concentrators and other equipment sailed ex-African port with arrival scheduled early July

· Excavators and trucks contracted ex-Europe and expected to sail shortly

Burkina Faso: The importation and transportation to site of specialist small concentrators and other equipment proceeds as planned.

Initial earth moving and trucking equipment have been inspected and contracted in Europe and will be transported by sea with certain other equipment including generators shortly.

Movement of an initial group of supervisory personnel into country is planned for early July.
