Yes NCYT did exactly what I would expect GDR to do. Update on sales as and when they come early on, as initial sales are likely to have a large impact on the share price and give the market confidence.

I firmly believe we would have done the same had we had sales. If we have had sales and DB has kept them from us then questions really do need to be asked.

I too am positive that there will be opportunities to exit profitably but as always with aim, it’s all down to timing.

I think it’s pretty much zero. We know that they are aware of GDRs products and have done some investigation into it but that was months ago and nothing came of it. There have also been multiple rounds of contracts being offered out in regard to covid and we have had nothing.

Of course never say never but at this point I just can’t see it.

I think the market only sees these companies as covid plays at the moment too. I don’t see anything else getting a look in until attitudes around covid start to normalise.

I am not sure I would go as far as ‘very high risk’ but I think certainly the covid aspect of things are high risk. GDR are behind the curve now and other companies are more established in the space and have far more funds available to accelerate progress into newer products.

GDR still have other products that are capable of pulling in decent revenues, so if nothing comes from covid, not all is lost.

NCYT were constantly updating the market with sales figures early on, including March 2020. Maybe I am misunderstanding?

Because CE marking is relatively simple to obtain and it helps support approvals elsewhere.

To be fair to DB he was clear very early on that Europe wasn’t a primary target. Not saying that it was a good strategy but it’s not surprising that we have made no sales there.

I think DB has done ok so far but I think it’s a bit of a stretch at this point to suggest he’s played a blinder. Other companies in the covid space have thoroughly outperformed GDR and so far we have zero or almost zero revenue generated from all of the work the team have done. As it stands this is a failure.

That’s not to say that the partnerships that DB has formed can’t end up being successful but I need to see some proof of that. Next week should be interesting, really hope some great news drops.

You’ve suggested that this is taking so much time because GDR want to do things ‘the right way’ a few times now. If they hadn’t done things ‘the right way’, do you have an example of how could we have progressed sooner?
