LTH14, the GDR test is already developed. I wouldn’t have though the approvals would take longer for a more accurate test.

allah4uk, I guess without knowing what is going on behind the scenes it's difficult to determine how much of this delay is caused by GDR and how much is other factors. How much does 'knowing the right people' impact things etc.? For the example you gave, due to them already having approval in March, does that allow subsequent approvals of tests in the same area to move through faster or would they have been treated the same as a brand new company?

I am giving the benefit of the doubt to GDR in regards to approvals. You might be right, GDR may have been able to do more to speed it up but that is also an assumption.

The lack of news flow around approvals is out of our control. Or are you suggesting that the FDA/WHO have paused approvals for GDR as they know a takeover is coming?

Ah the MM games BS. A biased investor can’t believe that people are selling? BGF, one of the long term supporters of GDR dumped a huge number of shares recently, so why not PIs?

It’s simple, we have no news that justifies our mcap so we are dropping. If there was consistent buying pressure it wouldn’t drop.

You can find the regulations online but they are fairly clear. You cannot delay releasing price sensitive information to the market. Clearly some companies take liberties with this as ‘price sensitive’ is not black and white.

Rest assured that if something meaningful had happened we would know about it. Apologies rbr, I was quite direct but the ‘delaying’ or ‘saving up of’ news is a common reason used by the rampers (twitter bumboys) to justify lack of news.

Rbr, if news is being held back to suppress the share price then this would be illegal.

Well, you don't know where the share price is going, that's a fact. Of course you think it's going to rise but that's not the same.

If we have sales by 24th of Dec then I believe we will be higher than now yes. Will we have sales by then? I would hope so but who knows. We are already 4 months on from when the CEO was confident of sales!

Can you explain the theory behind why comparing now to 3 months ago is 'the right information to use'? The technical analysis experts don't agree with you, hopefully you can teach them something too.

Doesn't take long to find an embarrassment for you. I guess I might have jumped the gun on this, technically there is still 30 mins left 'in the next month' for the share price to 'easily' increase by 50%.

I did think about selling out and buying in cheaper but I cant be bothered with the stress.

If it drops.. let it drop.. FDA are behind at the mo but other news will land too..
