Please do look at my history. To help you out, I have been invested since May when the share price at the time was around 180p. I have consistently been cautious as my history will show since that time. If you look at the share price since then then my outlook has been proven correct in contrast to the rampers who have been wrong for months.

I have not seen an example before of where a company has had to update the market explicitly for not selling something because that would constantly be the case until a sale does happen.

As you say though we shall see! It’s been discussed to death now, the 17th will answer the question once and for all. I hope I’m wrong on it.

We could well have a bunch of sales that are ready to go if approvals hit etc and then those sales could be announced along with the relevant approval. That's not quite the same though.

If it does turn out that DB has breached regulations and delayed notification of price sensitive information to the market then I will lodge a complaint myself.

If you can’t see why a company, who has made sales in a product which exceeds their revenue for the entirety of the previous year, would have to notify the market then there’s not much more that can be said.

If they have received revenue for £1m or more then 100% we would know. It’s not even debatable.

If they have made anything like £1m worth of sales or more then it would have been announced.

Also check the history in twitter of people (especially HunterD) and notice that they have been consistently wrong for months in relation to GDR.

This is because NCYT had a large amount of sales initially, resulting in a decent amount of profit and then recently secured a massive contract with the UK government. At the moment we have no sales worth mentioning.

So the reason why this won't follow NCYT as things stands is because they have made massive sales and we have made nothing. What we can achieve will depend on our sales and we have been waiting for those since June.

What do you mean by everything is aligning perfectly? What things exactly are aligning? You were pretty sure of FDA approval this week. Has the fact that it has not come this week part of this perfect alignment?

Where would the cash have come from to manufacture 50m tests? When did they manufacture them? It would have taken 500 days for 50m tests right?

To be honest, I was never concerned about approvals but that was based on the fact that I trusted the performance of the test. I hadn't really considered that we might not get approved based on something non-performance related, so seeing an example of this threw me a little.

Yes, I realise that it's a different test. Is the idea of something being deprioritized specific to a type of test or a more general concept?

Wow, nice find and actually adds some risk to us in my mind. It looks like due to the FDA being bombarded with applications, that they are starting to take a position where they reject applications based on the fact that they have approved enough of certain types of tests.

Another brainless case of 'here is my conclusion, now how can I make this information fit it'.

There is considerable doubt that we will have sales within 2 weeks based on everything that has happened so far. This could just be as simple as DB having delayed the annual results as long as he is comfortable doing so. He doesn't have news to report currently else he would have released it already. There is no evidence to support any of the assertions you are making.

You are more likely to lose on AIM than gain and so setting expectations low seems like a good strategy to avoid disappointment.
