I am a sceptic because I also sent an email a while ago and got an automated response, as stated yesterday. Yet you got an answer from a dedicated employee who came to the office 45 mins before office start time of 9am? And sent you a response straight away against the policy, that states they cannot let a non sponsor know even if the drug in question is under ODD review!

Do you also have a position or interest in QHE?

Is that not verging on RNS territory? But presume if accurate gives an opportunity to buy before it is all confirmed through RNS and next phase. GL

Maybe I am sceptic but that seems BS VikR? As per FDA policy they will not confirm, to a non sponsor whether an application is under review! Whether it has been delayed! Reasons for the delay or expected timing. So if an employee sent you that reply they have left themselves wide open! If an automated response which I have seen then it would simply state "We cannot comment on pending submissions, Orphan designation grants are posted publicly once issued"

Whoa mate you cannot have a go at the BB over your shat investment timing on entry points. Maybe look at yourself instead of others and you might make a few quid. Always diversify your investment portfolio, 100% posts on QHE probably shows your investment/trading strategy needs a bit of work. No offence.

@Paulb20 that's the best route to vent your frustrations, investor relations, but probably want to word it a wee bit more strategic or I doubt they will respond. Mind you if you click the link on their website to investor relations it links to previous Mosman O&G so tell them that and you might get a few browning points.

Alan just put him on ignore mate, I tried reasoning through fact and my technical knowledge from my O&G days, but they do not want to hear reasoning so I quickly gave up on fair challenge and just realized Blubay is just another bell to the end. Some on here actually do give fair reasoning against, but back it up with fact not selective selection from ops updates. Green bin mate makes life so much easier.

Fair play, not really frequented this board as yet, so not aware of the usual trolls, doom and gloom merchants and those that use it for their 15mins of fame, but I will get up to speed quickly!
