Minimal risk, next stage of approval is an administrative stage, not a technical review and ILOC already approved which means, the regulator is satisfied with financial security, baseline requirements have been met and no outstanding major enforcement concerns.

So IMO the only risk is if there is any further objections from stakeholders or partners.

There are no revenue thresholds for tiers! officially as per googles announcements tier selection is on outcomes and partner contribution. So basically evaluated across customer engagement, project delivery & capability etc. So still good progress to be selected but does not mean revenue as of yet. GL
