To continue the thread I have 20% of my investment in HE1 - which is a significant number of £'s, I can afford to lose all my total portfolio investment as it was a gift from my late father and I have never look at it as mine - not to say I don't get miffed when my shares drop in value - I do, but it's short lived and only a paper lose - I'm in here around 15p and believe there is at least a 10 bagger here !

Everything that's happening to our shares was documented in the last RNS - the management are still working to IPO to the main market, nothing has changed - except a spreadsheet total - hopefully if successful we'll see this re-open on the main market in the coming months !

Of course - the deal was 4 x with 4 x deposits of £2.5m paid - £7.5m x3 to go ! They take a year each by the looks of things

I believe this is the reason for the delay ! It has always been a gamble, it still is ! GLABy reason of the nature of Hellenic's business, however, it is necessary to obtain various legal opinions in multiple international jurisdictions and, in relation to certain of these jurisdictions, to undertake extended due diligence

I believe this will happen - it just needs patience - however you must do your own research - I’m sticking with it too - 31st March is around 8 weeks or so - I’ve came this far so another few weeks won’t hurt !

There is one thing for sure ' Helium 1 learned a great deal in 2021' they can go forward with that knowledge and hopefully a drilling partner with bigger drill bits to ensure success in 2022 - I too learned a lot in 2021 and have trebled my holding in the hope that 2022 will bring us all success.
