If you read between the lines there some good spinets, of why MIRI has taken its self off the market for sale. And not wanted to sell the company on open market.

Great RNS this. MIRI is with Microsoft, and they can pay £50-100m at drop of hat, when they need the tech support to support/ grow their global Cloud based services.

Mirriad also reports a new level of demand side interest in the US from 17 of the top 50 US advertisers.

Mirriad is one of a number of companies that look set to considerably disrupt the adtech landscape. Some of these are yet to go public but it is starting to look like the climate is ripe for this sector. John Regan, CEO of London-listed cash shell Electric Guitar, which is targeting RTO opportunities in the same space, believes that AI will be a major factor in this wave of disruption which he has been predicting for some time.

Electric Guitar will be making acquisitions with an enterprise value of between £5m and £20m, but will consider any other investment opportunities that can generate additional shareholder value.

I remember ARB at 1p earlier in the year, dead then things changed - it jumped to 7p, most though too high then after a day went to 15p, and a few days to 25p.

Its good when things change for good companies, full support ahead.

They doing better now with Microsoft on their side, hence business taken off sale
