And now about to taker of £10M y/y growth business which grew about 130% last year....and of which ICON will get the costs paid (salary) and have 25% stake reveue profits. That makes this beaten down ICON profitbale little start-up with very techinical management team.

So don't tell me they can't do it. And they have another contract with multinational goods company - which teh baord looks to replicate across other new clients. Now with Joe Media will have resources to start this off too.

So i am guessing you have not thoght about the above or simply ignoring it. based on curent its been ignored - hence oversold both on fundemental and tehcnical level.

Cons
BOD contradicting RNSs - credibility shot. But company did say are looking to close old finance situation going forward. And EGHO prefered to close of old draw down/debt with share sale as per agreement - Becuase they know about the pros listed above. They are fund manages! BoD responded asap - good.

EGHOS legacy entitled to print shares independently - NO. Can only clear current debt notes about £350k max now. And will be looking to sell higher. For now PI's and shorts being had.

Since then they have had work cotracts....so they have cash and hence tried to settle the sebt for the right reasosn - but could not get out of previous draw down by paying cash.
