Found this ealier - Icons existing management services contract with TLE since may 2020 - I am assume have been generating money since May and this has covered the costs to date! hence trying to pay off leggacy debt and close off legacy share debt asap. (But EHGOS wants to close of legacy debt using shares / but they are still talking to them)

ICON has had nice endorsement here TLE CEO. And now the close the deal for Joe Media beating 17 other suitors. And again getting all cost spaid and sharing 25% profits from Joe Media is another pistive hit to their balance sheet. The fact they closed this goes without saying on their level of skill and know of this media space.

Holding on to my shares tight and be paitent - thats all i can say - have done alot of dd and posted my ideas, facts and thoughs enough info here.

dstanley - I ma consertive - on closure of Joe Media deal, ICON should fly - as that guarantees protability - considering the been surving on hand peanuts since IPO. Their is very low as Media company.

Start-ups usually do very well as soon as they are signs of actual busines and profitability knocks price out of the park. So how high i don't know to be honest and don't care - how low if man and his dog shorted - 0.01 - but then again every man and his dog will be a buyer inlcuding the shorts so it defeats the point. When your are prepared - it helps - and you don;t come out of stock prematurely.

Hi dstanley - sitting in the garden, having nice cuppa in the sun and just seen your message.

This week we should see some decent recovery - as EGHOM will be out with legacy debt oustanding - cleared 5b in 3 hours on Friday. and by end of month anywhere near between 0.04p - 0..06p prior to Joe Media 1005% takeover announcement.

Don't get me worng there will be ups and downs - its high beta stock and there shorts here too and quick profit takers etc.

This all my opinion based on own research - which have I have laid out here for like minded (glass half full at least type people). Always do you won research - investing in any stock is a risk - even the big names. You mauy have noticed recently. Ist about current position/ value being given to potential value going forward. And you can work this out for your self. I own 10 bagger SYME and expect 20% or so more until the their model is fully proven with actual money at some stage and invetsor money provided - BUT with ICON expect much more and hence spending more time doing research on this now and building positons and working out investement plans. A little pietence will be required - ICON can test you to no limits - and I am guessing people will sell early too as it rises :) like on SYME as it lifted from all time the lows.

Kammi - i don't need yours - you have no position now as you sold out on loss - so would you even bother to do research to read the RNS's completly. I am, and thinking about buying more - as supported by OWN all weekend research and facts and investment experience etc. So when people make it - through sweat and toil - don;t say they were lucky. Your first lession in trading/ investment and life in general.

If you bothered to do research - you woud be posted some little gems you might have found. Apart from repeating the same line - when we have dealt with it. You may think everyone is out to get you - and hence you think BoD lied to YOU. If thats the case, then move on. I think to the contraray - they corrected the price so EGHOM can sell down here the 5b and sell the rest under 0.003 and up we trend to a reasonable price based on facts (the pro's which you either don't understand or now don;t care about - which is it?)

Kammi - if you feel they misled - after carefully reading the old rns's - then you should no investing/ trading period. Go find a blue chip or something at best. You only stock to this point, becuase you sold out fo fear and think ist managments fault to someones - take responsibility of actions and do some research.

I don't think they mislead - i think they did us favour by informing the markets following their discussions with EGHOM - as EGHOM ar smart cookies and know they pps is rising!. I think BoD have Joe media deal is done - BoD just wants EGHOM to get out - before officially anouncing it.

good on EGHOM they gave life line to ICON who is about to become profiable. EGHOM deserves some reward here as the lender.....where you when ICON needed you?? well.

And now ICON said they need EHGOM finance and will be closed in the near term - so about £35ok and done.

EGHOM will be stupid to sell under 0..02p. Last time we had shorts as the stock was not going any where...so shorted and EGHOM may have taken what they got - now ICON is going places and investors/ traders are fully aware of this situation. The pro' listed below.

Have done alot of research this weekend this week. So happy whatever the weather from here on - will be looking to add here and there.

Always do you own research and reading baords is part of that research - as we get to understand peoples reasoning etc - and see if we have balance review of opportunity risk vs reward.

dvharrison - i don't get that school of though. You basically saying you won;t buy, but asking in round about way others to sell to you at 0.01 the you will buy. So why would any one sell you at 0.01 when 5b was about at 0.013p+. Why would soem feed you free lunch down here. EGHOM may give you some BUT not at 50% extra discount :) after 60% recent discount.

This school of thought doess not cut in markets - someone buys higher and then sells to you lower - based on current pro's listed here.

Progress being made across the business - Correct - A seperate recent ocntract with multi-national goods company - where simlair sevices will be replicated with other similar clients
Last week 0.0335, so now buy at 0.0155 - Based on pro's value is higher now than ever before.

Cons
BOD deceived market with contradicting RNSs - credibility shot. But compnay did say are looking to close old finance situation going forward. And EGHO requested that allowed to complete leagcy debt with share sale as per agreement during disucssions - Becuase they know about the pros listed above. They are fund manages! Bod responded asap - good.

EGHOS legacy entitled to print shares independently - NO. Can only clear current debt notes about £350k max now. And higher prices.

Limit of of EGHOS tranches unknown - No they have limit on current tranche as announced by BoD on they 17th
Downside risk if EGHOS continue to sell 0.007p - Impossible - As 5b debt shares were purchased between 0.013p+ as demostrated on 17th Sept - who bought these and will they sell now knowing ICON's current positions - i.e. pro's above. Doubt it - or someone gets to buy more on the low - regardless of where EGHO wants to sell.

Latino - sure. I have been in the markets 20+ years. I can see an oppotunity and do 360. Where is de-ramper and your 360 - where is yoru expereince please share for people as thats waht the baords are for sharing and dicussions? - not one liners and have digs at others becuase you are out. You defence is they sold debt shares.../ well yes and thats way we are getting shares down here - and not selling so you can buy them cheap. SYME had 32b shares @ 0.05p - over ten bagged - and has no revenue and only potential with £200M mkt cap. Icon now has revenue, and looking to become proftible by year end - and they have busines there now to do so.

so why you advocating sell here on the low end - when ICON business has just started. So i should lestin to you and ignore my facts/ research.

So taking over 100% of Joe Media is not small think - for ICON was not generating revenue before - and now trying their best to close off old/ legacy financing.

David Sefton has asked ICON management team to sit on baord for Joe Media as they run the business for him - and has agreed to pay all ICON costs + monthy fee's and 25% all profit from Joe Media!

Why woudl they buy shares of loss making statup? That woudl be stupid - have already explained that - BUT they can now going forward. If they do will pps multi bag? oh yes.

Icon said they are looking to terminate agreement as soon as possible - and had to allow legacy debt to sold and responded quickly before the price hit new highs. So I am glad they did, so we can buy with the seller.

They are generating cash now - and were not before, zero - and about to takeover Joe Media which is £10M y/y groth business. Davdi Sefton and team got it cheap after they defaulted on their loans Now there were 17 buyers for Joe Media business and David Sefton with help of Icon boys managed to beat them all! Thats huge endorsment in my books. They know the market and have skills ready to use.

Or i woudl just stick with bluechips and collect dividence - mind you all devi are gon for this year due to the pendemic! - or can find low selling startup that is showing signs of growth after long struggle.

Its all in what you pay today - vs reward of future. It always has been. Its early days, and excpect some selling as we go up. I know that before hand, so won't be fazed in the slightest either way.

mm's droped from 0.0035 to 0.0025 to count for debt placing - they always ahead sometimes - 2nd rns it droped to 0..02p where buying started - then scared sellers and short sellers jumped in triggering the stops - and mms/ buyers had field day. Going forward not sure how short sellers will cover when noone is selling down here and buys buy back as oversold, and then news starts following.

Don' aways assume someone is out to get you - take things in yoru stride as they come and learn to play the game by understanding overall value from where things are

Cahus - you glass half empty person (and letting your emotiosn get the better of you). What ever the company brings forward the market will price it - and it has and will do both ways. If you think someone is trying to get you - then market is not the place to be for you. Again you may have short sold here here - I don't know - or simply sold of fear as many would have done - not being able to caculate that market is just pricing right to buy. And going forward , the market will price it right to sell stock that has been puchased here.

why woud anyone sell now after buying here. When uspide is potentially is higher now than its ever been,

syme was not sell at 0.05p never was - but again it was a sell as it was low - so why is ICON a sell down here - if sell then you filling up the coffers for someone else. ICON will go parabloc if a new major contract is announced and/ or Joe Media completion is completed on target date provided - and if the detials of the recent contract with the multi-national company are leaked or RNS'ed - at the right time.

So plenty to look forward - you never knwo - the market may even start buying higher for debt shares to get on the action looking forward as ICON becomes profitbale and debt free. You have to take this scenrio into account.

the baord - are young and starting off. you were young once - survival was first attack. Most small comapnies BoDs allocate free shares to themselevs - they can't afford to buy. So suprise there. So don't be suprised they buy soon as soon as they get rid of this old financier and are in profit. But don;t expect the pps to be here either by then.

You can't have the cake and eat it. I am in the wrong place, if I had that attiude. :)
