Why did you see the need to respond? You are not invested, or are mute investor who has no view from here, despite £1m+ case win.
if you in hold tight, add in low, and be patience. If you are not in, or feel doomed then f/off - mind the french. But you get the point.

This is not FTSE100, it is aim - high risks, with high opps too.

I am guessing some here not investors but from BritEnergy who just got shafted by losing the case in high court for trying to steal/ get away with £1m+ from MNRG. No other reason for being here (occasionally) . This was highlighted in the recent update from MNRG (17/09/22) with a detailed breakdown of high court judgement (which can't be refuted by non-investors or the hurt ones)

Anyway, MNRG has won £1M+ case with high court, so that's worth nothing now but was 1p+ 1 year or so ago, give us a break.
And all other assets/ projects are also worth nothing ?!
Anyway we have build of news, nothing will stop
For now accumulation under .15p off the impatient (not much but every little will help later)

Despite their best efforts the defendants must now repay the funds to MetalNRG by 4pm on 26 October 2022, together with interest and an interim costs award.

If payment is not received, we are already prepared to take immediate enforcement action to give effect to the orders made by the High Court.
