So how will that effect the share price. You cannot use company assets to pay your bills. What am I missing?
How can a divorce lead to selling a hotel or effect the share please reboundreturns?
Agree with you Libero - Looked at these, spread is ridiculous and they are hard to trade. You'll need to make about 15% just to break even. One for the AIM hardy new investors (Gamblers)
Sold QPP and piled in on these at 307p last week so pretty happy. Do agree though it's a 700p share all day long. The BOD are probably getting all kinds of "Legal backhanders" to push it through. What you might see though in the time it takes to get approved is an aggressive counter bid from one of the big banks that has to get away from investment banking (In other words Gambling). As P500 are really running platforms and way more profitable than what Investment banks make money at this would be a natural migration for them. Let's hope that happens and we see a bigger offer come through - Do feel for all the folks that are in higher not expecting recent events - Was on the wrong side of that with QPP previously so know the hurt as such.
What a fantastic share, single figure P/E. Swimming in cash, fantastic 8%+ dividend. Dividend growth and special dividends easily affordable moving forwards. Price of gold starting to creep up again and solid. Cost of gold recovery way low per ounce. Current mine yields revised upwards today. This must be the best kept secret on the stock market. Piled in twice today and will again later as funds come in.
This is one of AIM real deals. We get these little shakedowns and per the Naked Traders advice. Buy and Buy and never sell. Had a top up at 53p. They will be back around 60p plus in weeks or a few months at worse. Cant make many easy returns returns like this very often. Good luck Folks.
There is a 50 60 chance the numbers and the com0any is fruadulent thats what a lot of folks are in denial over and if the cash was or is really there you would think logic would dictate regarding investor relations pay a decent divi as the company previously guided it would...........
So much cash in the bank and a complete dividend cancellation. Smoke and mirrors, no UK institutional investors. Lots of Jam tomoorrow. Directors sound irritated SP is not fair value yet cancel what they promised would be a progressive divi policy and if numbers are really true easily affordable. It dont smell right.........
per my previous postings - I mentioned it's hard to know if this is all true or a scam but one thing won't lie is another healthy dividend. It's really disturbing that they are not paying a dividend albeit a reasonably reduced one, I heard the storey about paid too much last year but yet their cash position if all the words are true is better. I have to say it smells of a lot of BS to me...........(Probably stupid but I'm going to hold on to my stock and see if my instincts are hopefully wrong)
Just gone through....Interesting
I'm kind of thinking the results will be good anyway as they will have followed the previous financial process and auditors. So I think the SP will hit 40p or similar on good results, unless the heat is put on the numbers and their accuracy by the auditors getting nervous (& / or) the numbers could be the real deal anyway. You wouldn't put your life savings in these guys though that's for sure [These guys are right on the edge of my small investing risk zone]
Thanks SageAIM - I guessed we had to have a tip in Shares Mag, I.C or something. I hope this is a all good - Took at look at the Mall website (All jn USD and quite crude with not much in there in most areas. I looked at golf, only 1 product - A ball and pitch mark repairer in leather case). In fairness and knowing China as I do they have got it up and running, problem is the Chinguish will frighten off a lot of customers but USA is big and has a large Chinese population etc and I'm sure it going to sell you the things you buy and it does look like it works [I did everything put click the final purchase]. many websites like and earlier poster said are pretty naff like Baidu and Taobao so this is still hard for me to work out whether it's okay / good or a total sham.....Anyway I'll sit tight and see - If the numbers are good the divi huge and all seems well, this really could be a 500 to 800p share in 3 years or ziltch if it's a scam. [Poor websites may or may not be generating these huge amounts of cash + Where are the Institutional Investors....NONE]
Hi SageAIM, I thought your posting was fair and balanced, whilst I'm letting my 8K at 52p roll, I think per my previous postings this is really high risk - The websites isn't good in English and Chinese but the Chinese ones do work. Apparently the Financial auditors JQW use have a fair reputation but living in China bottom line is they will be using a Chinese subcontract auditor or their own China team or someone translating. Dead easy to fool them for a year or two but truth always outs in the end. You do give thoughts and data back up so ignore all the emotional investors that as soon as they read something negative turn into nasty whingers rather than research and find new data to share. I think AIM needs to be sued a few times for not tightening up it's rules - It really is too much of a Casino and that does detract from what are (I think / hope) a lot of good companies like GVC, NRR, REDDE etc.
1. Noticed more net sells than buys yesterday yet the SP rose 63 percent ish. 2. I am in on JQW but extremely unsure as I live in China and my Chinese wife whose smart thinks their websites are rubbish and finds it hard to see how they make so much money. 3. It's either probably the best value stock on AIM or it's all a shocking scam. Future signs - If the dividend gets slashed to a small amount when the number show massive excesses in cash that will ring alarm bells, don't like the larger shareholders that are Chinese linked keep dumping and reducing their holdings at every opportunity even illegally to their covenants. I would not ramp this unless I worked in JQW's finance office in China, equally per BKKBOY, Chinese do not feel the need to overly communicate unless their UK advisors suggest to them they do certain updates outside of their mandatory reporting requirements. Anyone got any thoughts on why the price would rise so much when there are more sells than buys - I looked at the trades and they do seem like clear sells rather than the ambiguous prices close to the mid prices?
Hi CHEQUEMATE, To the best of my knowledge it is indeed in excess of 30%, one needs to declare that you are making a bid or have no intentions to and I think there is then a 1 or 2 year block that prevents you from making a takeover bid from memory. This is a very solid well run transparent company and I'm sure if one just sits on board for a 2 or 3 year ride one will do very well in increasing divi's and share price. I have a few and am really happy and will sit tight through the ever thick an thin of these volatile times on this one. (I will also top up if get any market black swan events that make it even better value say 110p or lower would be my top up target price.
My tai tai zhi Zhongua ren kan yi kan a website that rated all the mai mai (Buy / sell) websites by ratings and then buy size there were about 500 of them and JQW seem to have 5 or 6 which she opened and looked at and said they were rubbish and she thought I wasted 9k of our UK money. To be honest if all the numbers are true this is the best value investment in AIM. I just got badly burnt on QPP so am zuper sceptical now. My wife is training with M Page International in Shanghai and back late. If you know anyone who reads Mandarin get another opinion. I did not stupid me sell at a stop loss so will let these roll. I think 70 / 30 its all going to end in tears for us PIs that are holding and hoping. Hope I am wrong.
I live in Suzhou and got my wife to dig into the website, looks pretty crap and not in the top 200 when surveyed. I did buy in at around 50p some months back to watch institutional holders sell as soon as their bindings allowed them too. Yet we did get a good dividend last year (Is it part of the big con?). Although websites are crap China is a huge market so it's hard to be sure it's not making some money. Do we know who the financial auditors are that sign of the annual accounts, I can't find them?
Smells like really good news but very cryptic, what to folks think of this new RNS and what it could do for Cenkos?
Is not the rise purely due to the rns share buy back announcement and once completed we will see a slow steady retreat. might be worth selling then re buying in another 4 to 6 months. Just a thought.
Company is not doing great, you will definitely see sub 100p before it recovers. Watch this space....
