I don't know how much cash they have left, but I'll be happy id they just wind up the business and distribute the remaining cash to shareholders before they spunk the rest up on legal fee's and salaries to staff doing FA

Harry always does two placings a year, I'm sure the money earmarked for TK doesn't include the corporate costs, and SA costs, so I'll expect another placing late 2026. Some how an outfit with a few staff (befoe anything got off the ground at TK) somehow burns through £10-15M a year.

I wonder what price the next placing will be sometime in Q2.

The last placing the SP rose immediately, this one feels and looks differently. I wonder how many went to a bucket shop.

Why haven't they announced a drill schedule for Juno, they said early 2026. April in my book is not early. They can't control if unsolicited emails to oil majors get replied to but they have 100% control for their gold fields. Get a move on.

Now that (Mis) management have shafted shareholders can they at least tell us where they're at with the German plant commissioning. Or do we have an empty building with the boxes of equipment still unwrapped? How can you release an RNS in December saying Q1 production for Germany and still not tell the owners wtf is going on.

Not the placing that's the problem but the placing price given how high the SP was relative to the placing price.

This placing will cause representational damage. If and when the SP increases, it'll always be in the back of my mind that management will shaft me again. So I'll probably offload most of mine if they ever come in the blue again.

You mean despite USA/Israel, it wasn't Iran's fault.

Just realised of the 7 AIM stocks I currently hold, 5 of them have already done a placing this year. So I shouldn't be surprised when AIM stocks do a placing. It's the discount price that always get's me upset. I'm pretty sure they could've got this one away at 40p when the price was bouncing around in the 50's. Which begs the question surely it's against FSA rules to have so many insiders know well in advance of a placing.

KEFI did a similar retail offer at 1.2p but shares since have been trading below that price.

SEA did a similar retail offer at 70p last week but the shares have been trading in he mid seventies since.

So it's not cut and dry as to where this will be trading tomorrow. 33p does seem a good entry point though given the SPAC coming along next Q (Hopefully)

Placing did occur to me last week, but I was on holiday and wasn't posting anywhere. Although all my stocks fell mainly due to the American/Israeli war they had all at least stabilized in the last few days except this one. Anyway, it's happened now, all my purchases in the 50/60's are so far underwater now, that it's wiped out any profits from my buys lower down. All I can do is hope they deliver something this year, SPAC as promised last year or Germany as promised last year and 1st quarter this year.

Problem with these boards though, if somebody mentioned placing due to price action, many would've jumped down that persons throat.

I wonder if they run out of money commissioning the German plant. Hence the delay there.
