33p is a disgrace given it was trading between 50-60p for so long. I believe it broke out from the trading range once the insiders knew the placing price and begun to sell or forward sell. The news on the SPAC happening in Q2 should've have been the catalyst to break the trading range but it appears that news was released to same time the insiders knew of the placing price. Very disappointed. Same thing happened in Sept.

A whole quarter gone by, where the only news was a placing and dud drill results. Nothing on PEL94 nothing on progress on the two gold projects, must be hard work doing nothing for 3 months.

So today's TVR of 11,339,979,447 doesn't include the 2.8 Billion more shares that needs to be agreed in the GM

At the time of bank sign off KEFI had 9,527,757,766 shares in issue.

So after the 2.8 Billion is added there will be c14.1 Billion shares in issue. (Excluding any outstanding warrants and options)

So since bank sign off Harry has diluted your holding by c 48%.

I did find it strange that most of these posters only ever posted on KEFI, I did make that comment earlier. And as you say most have now gone quiet. Almost like they worked for KEFI. RobMJ66 was the strangest one, for 15 years on ADVFN he was always pumping this, never saying a bad word about the company, then as soon as it touched 2p, he claimed to be out because of some obscure blog he read.

Since the bank sign offs, Harry has raised £58m. So where are all those t**ts attacking anybody who didn't toe the line that this will be 3p on sign off. I doubt 2p will be seen again anytime soon.

Which broker warrants are everybody referring too? They've only RNS's 8m that were cashed in,and that was ages ago. 8m would've been dumped in one session.

How much money is that pile of Hard drives actually worth to the bottom line though, after running it through the plant and paying wages etc..
