I've seen quite a few 50k sales today printed in real time so I would expect to see some chunky buys reported after hours later on. I'm assuming anybody selling in that quantity took part in the placing.

Oh I see Baron chapie tweeted at 11:48 and it's already got over 1k views which I assume has caused many of the barons followers to buy in.

I know the recycling projects are not related, just I feel the market will respond more to the SPAC than it has to the recycling plant news.

So what are the steps that now need to be completed for this SPAC to go ahead. I know they've set a timeline of sometime in the next 3 months, but what news flow do we expect for this to be achieved. I don't think the market is really adding much value to the recycling plants until it see's blanace sheet numbers.

Currently the market has a negative enterprise value for these, if it weren't for their existing cash pile, this will be trading like a busted company. The market just doesn't see any value for the business. As the cash reduces so will the SP.

Don't you just love AIM stocks, unless the timelines is the next day or so people just can't be bothered to hold. When the digital banking news first broke, the company made it clear it could take a yer or so. Then suddenly a newspaper seem to cut that timeline and the company dispels that and it's all gloom and doom. Seriously guys if you can't hold a stock for more than 2 days and wet your pants at every bit of micro news you shouldn't be playing this game. Also stop allowing the rampers and derampers to get in your head. There are lots of sharks on these threads and none are your friend.

The market could see that Auth 42 was a dud the moment it was announced, look back and see when this first started to tank.

When I first invested in October 2020 the SP was 2.2p, share count 1.9b, 40% ownership of SA assets.

5 and half years later.

SP 1.3p share count 14.1B, 13% ownership of SA assets.

God knows how many more shares in issue by the time of first gold pour.

Hate to think those that first bought 10 years ago, before the 17:1 consolidation when the SP was ten times higher as well.
