That's how I understand it. But there may be a small discounting when the shares go ex rights, but in my opinion another opportunity to get some more as there are other spin offs and benefits due. May even be a chance of a dividend ... dare I say it?

Must say this caught me a bit by surprise ... What a massive vote of confidence. You're not getting any of mine for less than 150p and even then I may want to haggle higher ... I think i might have to go for a lie down all this excitement is not good for a man of my age.

I agree big rises are scary and in my view not good unless based on solid news. I would prefer small rises and perhaps some small corrections over a long period of time rather than a huge rise in a short period of time ... Unless the rise is based on fantastic news. Regards Mafuta

extrader et al ... much will depend on how you hold the shares. If you hold them outside a brokers account you will likely get a personal letter. If within a brokers "holding account" such as an ISA, PIPP etc. you will get a message which should confirm your holding in the Poolbeg shares. Some firms may even list the shares in your account breakdown ... but it depends on who you are with. Regards Mafuta

Boil ... Absolutely ... When SAR takes off it will go stratospheric ... Not sure we can survive much longer without a T/O. To be sure, if we can see the value and future prospects a well trained takeover team working for a hungry large Pharmaceutical can too ... Accuse me of ramping if you like but I think we are close to an offer ... Just one positive RNS is all it will take ... I don't want to be greedy but I'll think about letting go for a quid. Tomorrow could be very interesting.

Just bear in mind we now have a different set of investors with us now including those who have cashed out for the weekends beer money (each to their own). Buy on the food if you want to get on the bus but don't leave it too late or it will leave without you. Bodes well for next week.

Just to add SAR has very very long legs ... if you stay till the end you will do well. Don't be fooled by the corrections from time to time the long term trend is Up ... that's if we don't get an offer we can't refuse from a predator .... and that would be many multiples of what we see today .... i have just squeezed my pension fund manager for more funds ... hope they get transferred soon. I dont want to miss out. DYOR etc ... Time to go for a lie down ... Mafuta
