There is so much news expected here.

Geo are very busy this year. The board have shares that they will want to see a return on.

Patience will pay.

Being down 10, 20, 30% is irrelevant when this does 100-300% on a solid RNS.

Load up is what I'd do.

Jag in honesty you've called it correct many times from my reading, purely based on financials and GR failures, you've been spot on with the dilution.

But there comes a point when you'll be wrong once.

This single wrong judgement from your side will be a tsunami in the opposite direction IMHO.

Premiere is approaching a "critical phase" of construction completion and expects to start operating the plant to produce spodumene concentrate at acceptable grades.

There is a growing sense of belief that PREM are on the brink of turning an important corner operationally.

Important highlights with Prem:

=> New flotation cells fully installed, aligned, levelled and connected under supervision of the manufacturer's installation engineer.

=> Product and tailings pumps installed on plinths.

=> installation of launders underway with structural steelwork for walkways progressing well.

=> Piping crew mobilised with plant integration pipework now commencing.

=> Commissioning planning progressing with process engineering team mobilisation initiated.

=> Approximately 5,000 tonnes of ore available on ROM stockpile for early commissioning.

=> Commissioning and optimisation remain on track for Q2 2026.

This is where you'll be wrong once IMHO

There is too much to write up.

Juno - historically hit massive gold samples from 50-130g au - so they're finding that treasure, this is a matter of WHEN not if.

Namibia: "Since the Company reported that it was in advanced discussions in late 2024, several new parties have accessed the data room." 100'S of £Millions allocated by companies like Shell for that region. GEO is gonna take a slice of that when it meets their requirements.

This is a matter if WHEN not if!

As mentioned before:

These prices are literally a steal. People buy at the wrong time when the SP has spiked after news because they see it has increased and is peaking on the charts. That's how more often than not you lose money. The gains are made when it is calm, quiet, when the SP has settled at an enviable 52 week low with nothing changed much in the company outlook. Buy when it's quiet when people are arguing and naysayers are out in full force.

Those who bought at 0.52p will be agreeing with me here, but they too will get their money because there's no 2 ways about it. It's matter of when not if.

This has 0.5 to 1p minimum written all over it.

As the negative sentiment related to a single phase minor drill result begins to fade away and investors actually see GEO for what it is, a mind blowing opportunity to acquire shares in a huge, valuable asset 7 x Haverion GGP resource, they'll realise the 6/7m MCAP is beyond a joke.

I say the Minimum here is a 4/5 bag on gold alone, and a 10x on farm out deal.

I've seen lots of these before, they move extremely quickly when investors come on board.

Omar and the team will provide news, as he said it is a busy year for Geo Exploration, and this explains the delay in news. Better to get positive news than release a half baked RNS.

=> Placing already done at 20% higher than today so no immediate placing fear for buyers.

=> Historically this has bounced like crazy from these prices and nothing has changed for the company today which would suggest otherwise.

=> Even GGP, Solomon Gold had concluded basic or low grade drill results in some areas and now look at what they've achieved

=> Directors opted for shares at like 30/40% lower than todays prices instead of taking cash which doesn't scream lifestyle company, but business and money making opportunities. Follow their trail, follow their decisions, follow the money.

=> £106k bought buy someone at a much higher price than today's quite recently, which only shows confidence and patience by bigger private investors.
