Great question.

With Level 2 data it shows the buying or selling pressure.

If the depth on the bid side decreases it shows more selling than buying e.g. bid currently 0.023. If the next series of bids are 0.022, 21, 20, 19 then it indicates a selling pressure. If its the opposite which is what I've been trying to show, it indicates buying pressure/strength.

So earlier I wrote welcome to the MM at 0.25 then 0.027 now 0.028+ it shows a strong buying pressure meaning SP likely to increase to match the number of orders coming in.

Heres a simple breakdown:

Depth is 5 levels as Prem is small company you go to RR and are theirs!

The next 5 bid prices (left side) and 5 ask prices (right side), each has a timestamp of when the order was placed.

Bid side (buy orders, indicating descending or reducing price):

· 10:33 → 7.5M shares @ 0.021

· 10:36 → 7.5M @ 0.0209

· 09:27 → 7.5M @ 0.020

· 07:50 → 7.5M @ 0.0190

· 07:52 → 7.5M @ 0.015

Ask side (sell orders, imdicating ascending price):

· 09:27 → 7.5M @ 0.023

· 10:36 → 7.5M @ 0.024

· 07:50 → 7.5M @ 0.024

· 07:52 → 7.5M @ 0.025

· 10:33 → 7.5M @ 0.027

10:33 a new 0.027 came to the table. There would be no need to appear if there isn't buying pressure.

We find no surprises that indeed the SP reflected and increased.

So it helps gauge a bullish or bearish trend. Its not 100% as a large sell order can reset the books, but again it will still indicate and increase selling pressure if that took place.

Theres a lot more to it, but in general see it like this:

When a trader/prem buyer wants to buy immediately, they hit the lowest ask (0.027). Once those shares are taken, the next available ask becomes 0.028.

If buyers keep taking offers as fast as they appear, the ask price rises step by step, and each trade prints at a higher price so the share price increases.

In any case, like I said, I have a reserve for when the placing comes so we can both agree on that.

The difference is though, my position is buy strategically, and keep a reserve. Thus I have kept some for it in line surprisingly with your constant placing calls.

But in doing so, I concede I have potentially lost what could've been much more, but any profit in this Casino is rare and so its a good thing. So I am happy.

We are in good times even with debt because as Acker and others have said, as long as there is a plan in progress to service these debts and the finance, then this is brilliant.

When this was at 0.10p people were distraught as to why they didn't think of making a move at a measly 0.025p.

Irrespective of a placing feara or finance, this time is now.

But they've already missed a rise from 0.013p to now.

Secondly, when the placing comes the strategy is ADD MORE. It is that simple. Average down IMHO.

So it pains me to say that I've kept a little aside (which I now regret obviously) to account for this.

These things are in our control. Not Prems issue. We have to approach stocks and shares with the right mindset.
