Jagalith was correct IMHO27 Apr 2025 21:39
From my reading (I'm back here as a newcomer...) Jagalith mentioned how dire Prem was and how SP will continue to drop, and guess what, he was correct. It went to 0.010p - he called it right.
However, he WAS correct, but not now.
Now I believe ALL signals point to a buy, so the tables have turned in Prem's favour for several reasons below:
1 - Glencore news LOI
=> This has provided a major life line to Prem that they are not alone, and that there is still a huge demand for their Zulu asset which is World class, despite Prem's shortcomings.
2. Placing RNS done
=> One of the most biggest fears of any investor is a discounted placing. This is now Done ✔
Therefore the risk of investing in short term at least is reduced drastically because the SP has already taken the dilution into account. So newcomers are extremely lucky buying in now than those who bought on the spike
3. Investor sentiment has sky rocketed due to the above.
=> Sentiment - for anyone who has ever invested in AIM is one of the biggest positive things for penny stocks in general. This can make even a Sh'te stock become a multibagger.
PREM now has a huge opportunity which they've been so desperately needing, to multibag and I think they will.
4. The spike on Glencore news indicated to us what the SP could be and what it had already reached, which was 0.9p minimum (huge upside).
=> This means that hundreds of investors saw value in Prem at 0.9p after Glencore News and that wasn't a year ago, or 6 months ago, not even 1 month ago, but only a few days ago!
So what has changed which would stop PREM going back there after the Placing Shares are consumed? It's a 3 bagger from placing price as a minimum which therefore is extremely likely to reach again IMHO.
5. PREM's Volume is now insane
=> This is another huge positive for anyone with even a shred of stock market experience. Volume will ensure sells are eaten up and keeps the stock liquid rather than static and assists with Spread. This will cause sellers to regret their decision to sell as buyers will happily take their shares. It also brings PREM attention on the London AIM boards.
6. Buys outweighed sells nearly 3-1 on placing news
= This is huge, and only shows that people did not fear SP receding below Placing price - in fact much the opposite! It only shows that 0.4p will be destroyed very quickly and we may never see this entry price again.
7. Technical and fundamentals point to a new support at Placing price.
=> People thought placing price was the lowest in value at a 3 to 1 ratio (buys vs sells). If the support did not stay at the placing price of 0.035p the SP would have dropped below 0.035p placing price but it hasn't - people have only bought above it.
In terms fundamentals, the Glencore RNS pushed this from very, very high risk to simply a risk.
ALL signals for me are pushing this as a BUY for me.
The tables have turned in favour now for Prem almost certainly, an
