RE: Absence of communication on Namibia23 Jan 2025 09:48
Green hornet, the questions are good but there could be numerous reasons why. It is the derampers or people with an agenda who seem to think it must immediately mean bad news hence a delay. This is wrong because it could be a delay due to needing more time to ratified the T&C's, discussing long and short term plans, meetings can be bi weekly or monthly, someone from either team could've rescheduled, or as some on this board would hope, the NAMCOR could've lscked their bags and said "we're done". There's a million possibilities here which is why its better to go on what is certain and definitive, which is the following:
1 - 2.23 Billion Barrels estimated in PEL94 unit.
2. NAMCOR and others are interested in a farm - in based on the potential of PEL94 unit and it's data. In discussions regarding this as we speak.
3. JUNO gravity data shows a resource size 10x Haverion at GGP, drill targets identified and gold anomalies based on historical procedures will appear which will indicate zones for drilling.
4. Callum Baxter who was pivotal for the success at the GGP discovery is leading the work at JUNO, and has been given millions of shares as an incentive to explore. He has more than his reputation at stake here so either he knows something based on his experience, or he is simply exploring the possibility.
5. Placing is now out of the way, so new investors won't get worried about being bitten here if they invest. Great time to invest poat placing, hence I came in with £45k ;)
6. CEO is active which is much better than other CEO's who are dead silent for weeks on end with no life.
People are strange creatures indeed - they are never satisfied.
Check this scenario:
CEO is silent = "He doesn't care about us, at least keep us updated! Lifestyle company at best and no zeal or buzz for the company!!"
CEO is active = "He is a Ramper! CEO is ramping for a placing stay away guys. Our master and Lord TW whom we are a slave to has said the same. So it must be true."
CEO is partially active/inactive = "...it means the CEO has no real backbone, and is indecisive. He doesn't really care what happens but just takes wages from our shares"
I've learned that you cannot win with traders and mentally inept Shareholders. They will never be happy, this is why companies search for Institutional Investors and don't really care about retail ones.
We need to mature up a bit more as investors.
AImho.
Patience required.
