Indeed - If Freeh has also been hired to take separate legal action against MW and other colluders to prove pre-meditated market manipulation, which looks extremely obvious even to the average joe, then this counter punch would earn more respect in defending their record

As I said earlier hiring top dogs like this doesn’t necessary mean you are innocent. These guys have been hired at whatever cost to produce an ‘unbiased’ report where wording cannot be challenged given there kudos as ex judges and ex fbi investigators.

For all we know, Freeh may have approached NMC first and not the other way round tomoffer his services as he saw an opportunity to make big money

But I’m no doubt that the main objective here for the report by NMc and Freeh is that it’s produced in such a way and by individuals who have reputation before them that a challenge is highly unlikely from market and NMC can continue doing business and fix anything they have behind the scenes.

Another big £4m buy trade @ £12.88 after market close. This follows the same trend yesterday.
Hopefully another big short holding cash in.

Should see some updates in shorttrackers hopefully tomorrow and then Monday to reflect these last 2 days and see what status is of big shorts.

If this week has been another play by big shorts to drop sp and close out while there is no sign of news, then tomorrow sp might be a final crescendo and peppering of 12 mark and and further big closes at market close. Who knows

FTSe was up last 2 days, Nmc went down. FTSe goes down today, Nmc keeps goes down. This stock right now need new news otherwise it will generally trade downwards over a 10 day cycle

So it got into the 1240s today’s on no news. The lowest it’s been since on normal trading outside of any news of book build, etc.

So what’s it going to be like tomorrow if ther is no news and just before weekend. Could it hit the 11s?

If news comes out, you can bet your bottom dollar the market will have a whiff about it before we do. They will have moles all over Freeh group . The sp will telegraph this one way direction or the other 24-48 hrs earlier

FTSe taking another nose dive this week isn’t helping either

What i find really disconcerting with this stock is that even with such a big shorts reduction in past month to their lowest holding in almost a year and still reducinf , there is still downward pressure on this sp forcing it lower and lower on 10 day averages. I would have thought and hoped it would stabilise in a day trading range for the next few weeks in anticipation of review outcome.
No way to read this sp
Maybe still a few other short positions hovering under 0.5% helping to control this down in cycles

This will take a minor miracle for Nmc to recover to stay in FTSE 100 from here before next qtly review in March.

Prasanth Manghat, CEO, who regular tweets every month has gone silent on Twitter since Dec 8.
There is definitely some serious **** happening behind closed doors.

Did a final check of trades after close and there is one outlier of a buy trader@18:28 which looks totally out of whack with everything else that was trades

£143k bought @ £13.99!!! That price is over 60p higher than next highest.Weird

Don’t forget estimated values reported by MW were based on a sp at that time (mid to high 20s). It’s the number of shares they use in their reports that are more consistent and realistic and can be compared with what has happened with bookbuilds.

I was holding far too many shares in this company anyway to be overly comfortable, so needed deleverage myself and reduce exposure

Ok. So logically speaking one party sold 327k of shares and other part bought. Doesn’t make sense a trade this size being a purchase and then an immediate sell at same price.

In which case it could be money be lent for short term trading
