There are 14m new shares that were released today from options. By definition, these new shares being floated need to be bought up initially before then being traded normally thereafter. So total buys will outnumber sells naturally by cob

And in case anyone is thinking a spike in Sp due to big order sell is a good short term opportunity to sell and buy back in on spike, you would most likely find that I. Tha t extreme scenario that happened twice in Nov, when the price spiked any PI who was in profit trying to sell would not be able to get their ordered filled due the single massive sell order by TB and PR taking priority. So everyone gets screwed in that instance except those exercising big orders.

Holding back the news this week and clearing decks of big excercised option sells is right thing to do imo.

Just 2 things holding SP down and nothing else:

Relentless exercising of options all week by TB and probably PR also, now that he has also left the off-road. TBs 14.8m options were released on mkt today if you late last RNS.

Other thing is obviously lack of progress news. This is being back, due to the fact BoD know TB is currently exercising a big sell order and if they release RNS the price while TB is exercising the SP will spike again due to euphoria of manic buying of news and then drop quickly down again due to the big sell potentially catching PIS out again buying at extreme inflated prices Like in Novemeber.

New BoD are acting wIt’s more governance and due diligence this time which is what GC wanted.

News releases will come on e they are satisfied options have washed through the system and have been all bought up and regularly traded

They’re most likely still finishing off buying up rest of TBs stock which is still floating about after he sold yesterday. You would assume the reminader of this floating stock will be filled today including late trades and then this should recommence rise regardless of a RNS

It was the old BOD that were too willing to put old neg RNS.

The last few Trading days has simply been removing remnants of old guard. Momentum will switch shortly

This is still the likely fallout of the last 2 days of mass volume sells by TB and late trades still catching up. Once it all washes through the system , they will let the news flow.

If they sold all 52m in one trading day that would cause a serious spike on sp especially if momentum is positive on and it might spook investors

Probably was a condition of his departure that he loses his shares when he leaves his director role to sell his shares so he had to sell or lose them, especiall given his unprofessional behaviour of selling out in Nov when he was a director on the board and knew there were delays in production at that time

He still has 14m in options which mature on Fri and SP will move up between now and then. Then it just depends if he Is oblig e to sell those immediately too which will temporary pause the SP on Fri / Mon.
