Can anyone explain then why Raglan doesn’t appear on register of major shareholders on UK SPAC website?
http://www.ukspacplc.com/index.html#shareholders2
This list was apparently updated on 19 Mar, which would have been post Raglan TR1 on MOGP.
Doesn’t make any sense omitting a TR1 holder, even though the TR1 was under previous company name unless it was a total oversight by the company
If this was a true snapshot at that point in time, this would imply Raglan they sold out or reduced their postion upon change of directors and company name, but that would be quite a u turn to do within a 2 week period of setting up a postion and then coming out again.
All a bit weird and hoping it is poor due diligence by UK SpAC of their shareholder register at that time. Wish they would update that section to give latest view of register to confirm one way or another.
And SNG , TILS hasn’t finished their run yet....
If their pHase 3 data is a good as PHase it should get automatic reg approval across multiple jurisdictions
These Covid treatments are so needed in Brazil and India right now. It’s terrible what is happening in India in particular.
N4P also still has huge upside, but needs to deliver positive news on performance data for Nuvec in Q2 and and also grants of patents that were submitted beginning of year
MHC are a new entry to Covid list this year with new exclusive Covid test deal, signed with Boots. Now need a trading update to properly valuate company, but still looks relatively cheep.
Thanks Will.
Yeah - I read the last few RNS today and can see what you mean. The last RNS in particular linked to GM is talking about adding over 1bn of new shares to help with funding for crypto mining and Ai proejects plus giving CEO a few hundred mill of options at a mere 0.25p option price as an incentive!
By my calc that would be diluting the total shares by over 50% to upto 2bn shares and giving CEO almost 10 fold premium on options which comes across tad greedy . This sounds more a kin to what Trevor Brown would devise for his own ends
.
interesting to see how shareholders vote on this, but will watch from sidelines. Can’t be going thru another RMS type debacle
Thanks Vorag.
Still unclear how RTO workS if looking at aquring multiple companies, so let me try a simple scenario and let me know your thoughts
If CRTM targets 2metal companies Metal A worth £20m and Metal B worth £10m
It acquires metal A first thru a rto So needs to file a new propectus to incoprate new company and revalue the new enlarged entinity. Does CRTM retain its trading name or does it become Metal A? Presumably this is something both parties have to agree to.
Then if we assume CRTM trading name is retained , Then when it relist as a larger trading company by mcap then at the point can acquire Metal B without need to rto as it will be the larger company.
Alternatively if Metal A and Metal B we’re both valued less than CRTM is currently, then it can acquire both without need to RTO or suspend right?
Does this make sense?
If CRTM is look at acquiring Metal A and Metal B.
If CRTM target Metal A. Via RTO would that not mean CRTM become Metal A right if CRTM was
Thanks Vorag.
One question form here for clarity here.
Is CRTM classing itself as a SPAC or an investment vehicle.
If it’s a SPAC, the. presumably it can only target one acquisition target for RTO right?
But if if s an investment vehicle it can Fund Invest in multiple companies without RTO.
Appreciate thoughts here as this a point of confusion differentiating a SPAC vs investment vehicle
On TA perspective , BTC is now in technical oversold zone with RSI below 30 for first time.
However, When it went on new year bull run it went well in technical overbought range and stayed up there for some time, so reverse could happen here.
200MA Safety net support is still all the way down @ 34500, so potentially can still drop a fair way before rebound.
50MA is @56/57k which is support level to attack £60k.
It’s not gone thru any period of consolidation yet this year so may well do it now in the 40s range for a while, to let everything normalise before another potential run and attack of 60k+.
But outlook overall is it’s still bullish for now
Acquisition payments are instalment over the next few months
Does this mean a further fund raise required to raise the capiital in near future?
Thanks Dave. Then it can only be Spreadex.
Yeah.
There were 2 massive sell trades at warrant price 15m, 16.8m in the afternoon, folllowed by A counter 15m buy trade After hours (Incorrectly showing as a Sell on LSE) . I know cos I bought @ 2.22 just before close.
Could this be linked with warrants set @ 2p?
Yes - the trade activity has all the signs of shorting, with lots of single digit bot buy trades accompanied by selling volume to keep the price down for shorts to close
Plus the short volume ratio yesterday stood at 31%

Fek - like the European Super League, this is here to stay whether we like it or not.
Once a big power base is behind stuff like this it is going to end up being part of society
Just go with the flow my friend.....
