In my view it blatant theft of company assets from hedgefunds. If the delisting is successful sdx will not come back and holders will lose their cash.

Exactly, these directors are shameful. Jay has been a director in other aim companies. You can judge him yourself.

Deliberate sp destruction, aleph has managed to get company for 6m. I dont hold but i hope shareholders reject and sell assets and return money to holders.

This is fishy the last 18 months. LittleNed needs to wake up he put up alot of money, need to be proactive and try to get holders to reject cancellation.

dont look into it too hard, before Christmas the drilling permits will arrive, that will be a catalsyt. We will get alot of investors jumping in. Expected the permits in Nov but hopefully now all the site work is done they will be issued this month...

There was no need to pay off the erbd loan and get another from Aleph, Aleph interest rate was alot higher. Where is all the money going? West gharib disposalwhere did all the cash go?

Vote against this deal and push these directors out. In my view they deliberately destroyed the company, ran it down and now giving it to aleph on a plate. This is how aleph rewards holders when they rejected 10p a share. SCANDALOUS!!!!!
