Don't worry I won't....... you stupid boy ;-) However this stock has lost over 15% of its value since the 'incentive' scheme RNS was announced. He's gained circa £1.5million (albeit a paper gain at the mo - for seemingly doing very little except purchase a load of shares at 3p) and the ord shareholder has lost 15% thanks to some pretty dodgy/convenient looking ATs. Not impressed.

Taking a bit of a hammering......... down 10% to 5.81p thanks to some suspicious AT activity yet again. Getting to be a tad annoying. The more I think on that so called incentive scheme (which I assume some other directors will take advantage of) it whiffs of similar obscene bankers bonuses being paid for doing very little.

On the flip-side & being positive - I suppose he has invested £90,000. Which in itself shows a fair degree of personal commitment. Even if that investment is largely de-risked. The only risk being if the share price bombed to record levels. Hardly a genuine incentive scheme to me!! BUT if he delivers the goods you won't hear any complaints from me. Clearly he's got his priorities right - and is sorting matters out for himself before announcing anything tangible that confirms he's driving the actual business to make major progress from almost being a complete failure. Let's hope there's news-flow soonish that justifies granting himself such a generous incentive package. That long-suffering ord shareholders can benefit from.

Invest £90k yesterday and today be sitting on circa £1.75MILLION's worth of stock with nothing seemingly gained for the Company or its shareholders of any material nature.. Usually Share Options that are granted on AIM companies are granted with a 20-30% discount. Which is fair enough and a genuine incentive to individuals to improve revenues & the share price. Here's hoping he brings home the bacon. Still see plenty of upside to this from today's relatively low price.

Shares were worth 7p when the bell went at open this morning. They are now worth 6.9p a few hours later. Start panicking Mr Mannering. Some folks don't have the intelligence to post on BBs.

Well, the MMs tried seemingly without any success to stimulate some buying activity with a narrow spread. This has doubled in price, so that will put off traders looking to make a quick buck. News flow needed I think to get this moving again. Although I've had this suspicion that for quite a while any selling has been immediately 'hoovered up'. Which is encouraging.

Am too long in the tooth, pal, to grow up to your high standards. Am almost as old as BH and certainly older than our CEO who sounds as if he has learnt a thing or two about 'rocks' in the past decade since when he cheerfully admitted to a journalist that he could tell one rock from another. How naive & stupid can you get? Bean counters are all the same eh?

Prickett did a podcast interview back in January this year in which he said the 15,500 metre of drilling would promote "continuous newsflow for 3 to 4 months at least." There's been one single RNS this year since the podcast. He sounds as useless & ineffective in those interviews as he's actually proven to be at providing that promised "continuous newsflow". Waste of space as a CEO of a PLC. No wonder so many of the companies he's been involved with over the years have been dissolved.

I assume these will be doshed out to key staff/management as part of some incentive scheme.

4 trades be recorded at 9:27:16 and yet all have different quoted bid prices? Physical impossibility. Some odd goings on here imho with these ATs. Very difficult to work out exactly what.

the share price be 7p when the bid is 7.21p and the offer 8p?

and also mildly interesting = although some of the 8 individual trades are not round numbers the total is 600,000 exactly!

8 in total all within seconds of each other and all ATs. £42k's worth. Not insignificant amount for an AIM stock. Mildly interesting I thought. I've had this impression for a wee while now that someone might be trying to increase their stake in a piece-meal fashion without affecting the price too much.

This is now an AIM stock. The only thing that will move the sp (either way) is buy or sell trades. Nothing else. That's just about the only thing the MMs take account of these days. Although obviously positive or negative news-flow from the Company may influence what punters decide to do. Buy/sell or hold. The bid here was for a while just a tad over 3p. Phoenix have more than doubled the paper gain on their investment in a relatively short space of time. Has there been any material corporate news in that time? No, none!

So, what was the outcome yesterday - were all the resolutions passed? Usually there's a RNS informing everyone of the result by now. Though the RNS today makes me wonder if there was some sort of technical/legal cock-up on the voting.
