Why can't you get it through your thick head that the nominal value on the share certificate has NO bearing on the trading future of the shares. I bought my 10p nominal valued shares at just under 6p. My nominal 1p shares is today currently worth 6.6p

I am sitting on a profit with my shares in CPP. Albeit a small one & a paper one. There's only ONE mug around here. LMAO.

Just look at the details to facilitate that 100k trade which of course was yet another AT. Bid gets moved temporarily for a few seconds to 5.76p. If that's not 'manipulation' then I don't know what is. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

made a brief appearance again today, I see. 3 relatively small valued trades within seconds of each other. And that appeared to be enough for the MMs to drop the price.

I see another 100k trade BUY went through the system at 20 past 6 last Friday evening. Is someone quietly building a stake by any chance?

Great news in the sense that it's in line with their strategy to streamline (& downsize) the business. Profitability in a well oiled & respected business - over having loads of staff in a big fancy office block selling their souls.

today (so far) shows everywhere as being a SELL. However, I suspect it was actually a BUY when the bid was at 6.31p early doors. Hence why both the bid and ask were moved north. At least it was an 'Ordinary' trade and not one of those fishy ATs.

Yes, I realise I should do that. I guess I just don't like posts which are clear fabricated lies & nonsense to remain unchallenged. Interesting to see no ATs today. And only one sell which was all of £250's worth. Hardly worth trading for that sort of value? I spend more on a good night out.

as I note you had my post removed in response to your nonsense regarding shares being reinstated to compensate for the 9p deferred shares. As I pointed out another billion shares in circulation would create nothing other than mayhem. And in any event, it is never going to happen. Regarding your nonsense posted today, which frankly is not a valid viewpoint and nothing short of fabricated lies. Ogston+Schroder+Phoenix could decide to sell the Company tomorrow given their substantial collective shareholding and vote potential. And there would be nothing you or I or any other pi could do about it. Given the many £millions they have all invested to save the Company from collapse, I guess it is a valid state of affairs. So, please in future - if you are going to post on here - please post facts and not lies to suit your warped ends.

Sorry to bang on about the ATs - but they do intrigue me. Ogston + Schroder + Phoenix actually own 92.99% (to be precise!!) of CPP. Add Rashid and it becomes 96%. I had a quick butchers at the trades made over past couple of weeks and EVERY single day there was at least one AT every day (some days several ATs) and all look to me to be sell trades judging by the price. That was up until I mentioned I had wanged something off to the AIM regulators on here on Wednesday. Next day = no ATs. Then today just the one posted seconds before trading closed for the week. No AT over past couple of weeks has been of any real value yet they have totalled more than 50% of all the trades made in CPP. And more importantly, they have often triggered the bid or the ask to be moved by the MMs. But the reality is this 'practice' with the ATs has been going on for several months. My take is the sp in being manipulated for whatever reason. Plus, something smells to me. Which is a great shame.

who comes from Phoenix appointed after a very short stint on the CPP board.. Planned or forced departure of Anstree, I wonder? It's certainly all change on the personnel front over past couple of months.

Not a single AT recorded today. What a coincidence!! Only trouble is - I don't believe in coincidences. Watching even closer now, with even more interest.

I think we can now see why that share consolidation/dilution happened. And it wasn't done for the benefit of ordinary shareholders, nor even arguably for the Company itself. But it's history and we now have the face value of CPP certificates in line with most AIM stock at 1p. It isn't going to change.

I know I am!! But I am a holder of a reasonable stake in CPP. Reasonable for me anyway. I ain't happy with what's going on here. I have wanged off a complaint to the AIM regulators via the FSA. I am not trying to undermine the efforts of the management to get this Company back on track..... however......... I am concerned with certain 'things' and I think they need someone in authority to investigate (for the benefit of the ord shareholder).

that did attract me to hold CPP was the fact that the vast majority of shares should be in safe hands. With approx 95% by my reckoning held by a select few major stakeholders. Consequently I thought it might be difficult to acquire any large quantity of shares (ie if an institutional investor got interested) and ANY buying pressure would see the sp raise significantly. What has actually happened over the past 6 months or so makes me suspicious. Virtually every single day there has been AT sell trades recorded. Sometimes several in one day. That's been the ongoing pattern for many months now. Something doesn't add up to me here.

Streamlined & a good sign for CPP. Without question. If it still had the workforce and the excessive office accommodation it had 18 months ago I'd be far more worried given the regulatory restrictions it's been working under.

The MMs only process what they are requested to buy & sell. The value transactions that have taken place over the past few months with CPP stock have been very low value and the trades wouldn't amount to much in money terms for anyone to make a killing on these trades. More like a case of it suits some to have the sp to be where it is for now. And the ATs allow for that to happen. Well........ if you had the opportunity to purchase shares down the track at 3p you wouldn't want to sp to be at say 15p, would you? You might appear exceedingly greedy. You'll remember the sp got 'walked down' months ago to around the 3p mark and I banged on about it being whiffy all the ATs being recorded. The sp never went below 3p. Yet hey presto 3p is the price purchased by the fundraisers and will also be available to certain other Board members at 3p over the next few months I suspect. Probably legal what's going on here. If wholly unethical. For the ord shareholder anyway. No doubt once whoever has filled their boots there will be loads of news flow and the sp will shoot north in no time at all.
