Looking at the selection criteria and scoring for the tender process you would think based on present info that FRR would not have the proverbial “ snowball in hell” chance so if it has still bid it just have something in the offing unless it is all a stupid stunt which I can’t believe.

RE: share certs
Well this just gets worse. Computershare Jersey tells me that all DI shareholders should get their certificates but others will not, ie Selftrade/Equinity et al, because Frontera have not been paying their bills. Told to contact Frontera, ha ha.

IMHO erazzel is on the right track and this is about DD and data assembly. Has FRR has been withholding payment to the those who lent out shares for shorting, or maybe those who haven't provided the information for who the shares were lent too? Alternatively, FRR maybe withholding payment as there are discrepancies in the number of shares requiring certificates, as brokers need certificates for holders of shares that were lent out and the NEW BUYERS. It will be impossible for brokers to provide certificates for shares, if lent for shorting just prior to the suspension of trading, as they would be held in the name of the NEW BUYER. Therefore, there will be brokers who can't provide certificates and will be making excuses.

Is it time for some who are chasing their share certificates to ask their brokers the following questions :-
1) Do you lend shares for shorting?
2) What happens if a customer can't cover their shorts?
3)Do you have any insurance to cover shortfalls in case customers can't cover their shorts?
4) What happens if the shortfalls are so great you (the brokers) go bust?

Sorry, to put some worrying points (previous post) and questions to shareholders chasing certificates, but I think these questions need answering (I'm with HL who don't lend shares, thankfully).

Bedex - IMHO a 'business as usual' type of message from FRR would not be good enough for a lot of shareholders. Also, TW et al would no doubt put negative spin on such a statement, pointing out the lack of clarity on flow rates equates to very poor flow rates. If FRR release the flow rates then it may attract more super majors into negotiations. I have always thought that Block 12 will end up with a consortium of super majors, namely BP, BH and ExxonMobil and I still think this could happen. If FRR are negotiating with up to three companies it will take time, but add another one or two and the negotiations will take very much longer. FRR don't have lots of time as they need to pay off SH/O within 12 months and to appease the GG. Therefore, the only scenario which makes sense is to keep schtum.

Facts
Fact – majors have access and reviewed the B12 data and other fields are showing signs of good hydrocarbon recovery/finds in Georgia.
Fact – GG would not sit back and let a valuable resource sit idly by and Georgian workforce being laid off. They may ask for their ball back and revoke a licence due to insolvency. But on the other hand the liquidator would seek evidence of solvency so a non active/producing field would not fit the bill. Failure to pay other liabilities (YA) would also fit into this category.
Fact – the lawyers bill must be in the millions by now and these guys would seek assurance that they will get paid (or being paid)
If the field has been quite that it may be a the behest of a major who wants to do it their way so one may have been busy tooling up, increasing resources and building a management team to take over a rich hydrocarbon field.
That may pacify a Government and convince a Liquidator that a light may be switched on at the end of a very long and dark tunnel.
Hope’s own emails confirm that the SP might be in a better place soon.
Now back in my hole and note to myself more golf and less LSE BB.

Interdepartmental commission at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry has not yet decided on the winner of the competition for the development of hydrocarbons within the Dolphin area. About this "Ukrainian power engineering" was informed in the Office of the oil and gas complex of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry.

Four companies were invited to participate in the state competition for the development and extraction of oil and gas at the Dolphin on the Black Sea shelf: Caspian Drilling International Ltd., Frontera, Trident Black Sea and Ukrnaftoburiny.

The opening of applications was held on June 12, 2019. The collection of proposals lasted only two months - from the announcement of the competition on April 12, 2019. Under the terms of the competition, the examination of applications should take place within one month.

President of the Presidential Administration Andriy Bohdan called for the continuation of the competition for the division of production for the Dolphin area on the Black Sea shelf for at least 120 days in order to increase the number of international companies and transparency of their assessment.
Previously, it was reported that journalists learned that Frontera Resources could get the right to develop and extract hydrocarbons at one of the largest gas fields in the Black Sea "Dolphin". The company has dubious gas projects in Georgia and Moldova, the financial report for 2018 shows its unprofitableness.

Registrars
Ok hope this clears up a lot of things for everyone and of course different brokers may hold your shares differently.
Computershare registrars no longer act for Frontera and certificates have been sent out to all registered holders (if held in nominee account then your broker will have received one certificate for the whole holding , they nor Frontera can issue individual certificates) Your holding should be shown still on your broker account with a nil value until such time a decision is made either to relist on the UK market or indeed elsewhere. When and if relisted your broker will apply a value to your holding whatever is deemed appropriate by the company and the subsequent market. III my broker continue to show my holding which I believe the true way to show this until such time relist or closure has been decided, Computershare do not expect to be involved anymore with Frontera , which leads me to believe this will (hope) relist in the states and holding will be created in due course with a market value. Just need Frontera to speak up and update us...ha ha.

I think it is so, the Major we are in a MOU and NDA almost certainly behind the tender bid in my opinion. Think about it if a Major is keen enough to take an interest in FRR in Georgia - meaning they are looking at some form of involvement with FRR, then it makes sense that they would be interested in Ukraine bid too. No Major had the chance to bid due to the short tender process, BUT they had FRR as a smaller company that could do the tender within the timescale required. It's both a way for a Major to get a look in and for them to catch a even bigger deal in their future involvement with Frontera. Makes straight forward enough sense I think looking at it that way.

Goit - IMHO SH/O doesn't want the case dismissed from the Californian Courts , unless it is with prejudice. IMHO the 'smoking gun' would then become the new evidence to enable an appeal in another jurisdiction. However, if Discovery is granted and produces the evidence required, then the 'smoking gun' becomes irrelevant (see the extract below from SH/O's lawyers on 13th June, posted by Taffy52 on the 16th June).

Thanks MP. Interesting. So Hope wants this put to bed before any smoking gun can or will emerge. I figured FRR were really after the discovery this time round, which is why in the first submission they concentrated on Hopes previous underhand actions and dealings.
