I like this bit of the Chapter 15 description below, which might limit any attempt by DTI to void the transfer?
If a full bankruptcy case is initiated by a foreign representative (when there is a foreign main proceeding pending in another country), bankruptcy court jurisdiction is generally limited to the debtor's assets that are located in the United States. 11 U.S.C. § 1528.

I would assume that either or both FEGL and FRCC would have accounts in Georgia and Texas. Therefore, if the money from production is in an account in the US, it would make sense to move the case to the US. As Block 12 is held by a subsidiary in Georgia, under Chapter 15 it would appear to outside of the court's remit.

I bet that Grieve et al don't go and live in the EU and apply for EU citizenship after we leave. They just want to stay on the EU gravy train while all of us suckers are paying the fare.

Court websites containing case materials and personal data have also been attacked.

PALANTIR
Anybody else besides me read the business section of the sunday times today. BP have been using secretly the services of top secret firm PALANTIR for last 5 years without anybody knowing ( same firm who located osama bin lardin for us government) they have improved north sea oil production by over 10% . If BP are involved with frr wonder if they are working for us and what they could be doing ? It might even answer some of our questions. comments please

I've just been looking at Palantir's website. A bit of wild speculation here on my part - amongst many, many other things, it seems they also help when 'Prosecutors are building stronger cases against insider traders'. Hmmm - well - surely not???

You can put anything on your CV. You aren’t forced to put on anything you don’t really want too. So my takeaway for what it’s worth is that it’s positive as why would he highlight it if the outcome was going to be bad? He could have just said he was the general counsel for FRR. The fact he went into detail as to how complex it was only strengthens my belief the outcome will be good for FRF and Levan soon

IMHO most people especially the Remoaners know nothing about future liabilities or the probabilities of the Euro collapsing and bringing down the EU. I've talked to hundreds of people and asked whether they know about Target2, and only two people had even heard of the term. One was a journalist who worked on financial matters in the EU and the other was a Brexit supporter who regularly travels to Italy. Italy owes 460 billion Euros to Germany under target2 and Italy defaulted under the ERM, the Currency Snake and the LMU. The ECB has already had to bail out Italy's banking by buying Italian government bonds, which were being dumped by Italian banks (the ECB broke their own rules by buying more than they were allowed based upon the GDP of each member state). Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, the oldest bank in the world has had to freeze accounts due to the money flight.

Georgia Support Act
This was introduced in the 115th Congress on the 26th June 2018 by Rep. Ted Poe and cosponsored by just 7 others. The bill HR 6219, passed the House, was read in the Senate twice, but finished in the Committee on Foreign Relations. Bills have to pass both houses and get signed by the President in the same calendar year to become law, or they have to start the whole process again. This time there are 30 cosponsors, so hopefully they will add some weight to the bill.

Creditors of FRCC had until 21st October to prove their debts or claims (see page 9 of the link below). IMHO we should hear news soon of the winding up of this company and it's subsidiaries, including FEGL, which could have the fees to pay all the debts. All ZM and SN have to do is stay in Georgia where the Texas courts can't reach them and where they're ready to sign with the super majors (assuming enough money is in FEGL). Add the HR 598 Georgia Support Act having passed in the House, plus two readings in the Senate and a referral to the Committee on Foreign Relations (all happened this week), and it looks like things are coming to a head (see second link).
