Sounds like an insult that TW et al might post amongst their vitrious bile. It is actually Japanese for 'Lucky Bags'. I wonder what Zaza will pull out of FRR's lucky bag in the next few weeks? A $60m loan; a FDP; an OOCS; and possibly a deal with one, two or three majors?

Disregard my previous post, CD also stands for Certificate of Deposit. Does this mean FRR have got the loan ($60m) and have a certificate to prove they are able to pay the loan (owed to SH/O) and just want the procedure outlined?
