Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
From the sounds of the podcast, that lithium sounds tempting. For a GLR holder, a definite listen.
Good to see Colin is doing the groundwork in Zim. His experience in that part of the world top notch. I note he has also been updating his websites.
Caerus were planning on focusssing on southern Africa before MC was given the boot as CEO. My biggest concern is what the incoming Caerus chairman implied about him.
At least there does seem an effort to improve presentation across the stable of companies with website improvements. Just hope with all this geological expertise within the companies success will follow.
Iceberg said he wouldn't touch Africa.
Colin loves his penny shares !
Longremthinker - thanks for that. When the shareprice dropped to the pennies l stopped paying much attention to future possible plans. 65k certainly sounds a lot better profitability wise.
Years ago when oil was first discovered, l thought PJ showed a presentation with 6 wells and 30k production and a FPSO.
Wasn't 30k a day the plan with the downsized development ?
Strange spread. Might be some news on its way. Did Penguin News say anything?
Neilus - from memory RAB were selling as the first FOGL drill was taking place. As others noted, they are making a profit and might also be rebalancing their portfolio etc.
Does the mention of "joint work streams" suggest that the eventual FIG sign off will be very quick and probably a mere formality - subject to Navitas going ahead ?
Unfortunately in the same position, no spare cash and top heavy with GLR. But as previously noted, a cashed up GLR, our Sandfire stake and deal and multiple projects bodes well for the future.
The first typo was better . Must be to invest on AIM !.
Surprised there wasn't a bigger market reaction to that news. In this market £5 million cash is very useful and something most explorers would dream of.
Skipper on the other side just posted interesting news on Glenover sell
Can l also add its the wet season so everything slows down. Come April exploration should pick up here and with AFP. At least that's what l am expecting/hoping. But look forward to the Assay results from Zim.
Until we get the Glenover money and or the mining licences approved l think everything remains on the slow burner. I wouldn't want Colin to commit money to further exploration in the current depressed market without cash in the bank to cover it.
Agreed about the environmental protection. It is a beautiful part of the world.
But for the left wing woke brigade and younger generation, what is the point of this colonial legacy ?. Bigger issues to spend our defence budget on than a few islanders in the South Atlantic !. We all need this to happen ......
Was disappointing when we gave so much of Isobel away for free.
As an aside, is the current plan to drill the 20 odd wells or the reduced small scale plan that Sam was talking about a couple of years ago ?.
