Yes, in the interests of informing newbies. If this resolution is not passed this would go into immediate suspension.

But look at the facts

They have offered the creditors to compensate them in shares in the production arm of g3e, when it's floated. Which is basically a money making machine, extremely attractive offer.

The bod and most major ii have bought in substantially higher and so are extremely incentivised to make sure the creditors agreed with the plan before court hearing.

The free float here is 2.5%!!! That's it.

Lastly the small matter of a huge potential dividend at twice the current price.

One thing I know for sure, you want to be buying today, as God help anyone not in before the bell if its a good resolution!

With a successful conclusion rns tomorrow morning this would definitely open up 25p at least.

Remember that the top guy(s) here would lose $100m+. If there had not been a successful resolution, that they have an immediate plan to compensate the creditors very handsomely, and that the free float here is about 2.5%

Id say a company that made a loss of £10m in the first place was not worth buying into. Regardless of what tax liability can be offset against it.
