Something I've been musing about. If they had been given consideration in fura shares, shares which (I believe) most analysts believe are going to rise significantly in the next 6 months, it does beg the question of why....
The bod do believe not having these shares reduces market uncertainty... Technically yes.
But they also believe it eliminates the transaction costs. How so? If the sale of shares is at a greater value?
Implies to me that not only do know the rto company (even if its not Fura), but that they expect it to complete quickly.
So quickly that the loss of extra share money is insignificant to running costs.
