I think put simply this should, given all the evidence of recent cash shells in last 6 months, reach a market cap of £3-£5m Imo. After this spike however we need to see a strong indication of them having identified a single company to rto when the announce cash shell.

They don't have to name it, but if they don't identify a single option. I'll definitely be out on the spike.

Because we are not weeks and months ago, and people here obviously need reminding ;)

Something I've been musing about. If they had been given consideration in fura shares, shares which (I believe) most analysts believe are going to rise significantly in the next 6 months, it does beg the question of why....

The bod do believe not having these shares reduces market uncertainty... Technically yes.

But they also believe it eliminates the transaction costs. How so? If the sale of shares is at a greater value?

Implies to me that not only do know the rto company (even if its not Fura), but that they expect it to complete quickly.

So quickly that the loss of extra share money is insignificant to running costs.

So how will people feel selling now at a hefty loss, when this could well be 0.50 by Friday, and into pennies in a few weeks?

It's already up 10% from the low, and very early in the week still

Incidentally I actually think this is now going to be a simpler share for Fura to rto, without the paperwork needed for our ownership of Fura shares.

Consider as well that other similar cash shells would value this around 0.40 to 0.50. Which we are anticipating sign off hopefully Friday. Bagger in a week from these prices.

Imo it's the deal changing. It's only OK now, but there had been the potential for it to be great.

Imo this puts us in an OK position to finally now rto. As others have said the bod have a substantial interest in delivering this quickly.

1000ft of net pay is pretty ridiculous

I see thus realistically hitting 3p Monday. Consolidating back to 2p over the next few days. Then launching to 4p 5p on the next imminent news

That share you mentioned Eye Guy, look at their last financials! I see people saying everywhere it's the bees knees. But the private placing they just received only really covers their loss for a year.

Avoid it.
