I am very much hoping it is good news, too but THAT last session still casts a shadow so it could also be that RM wants to avoid such a fiasco again by hiring comms people and tackling head on any potential negative news.
Either way, RM will have learnt from that last session and will be able to milk the most positive news coverage possible.

By past comparisons, yes, Woody's comments do 'seem' innocuous.
But look at the some of the comments that immediately followed. Not tackling this in the bud emboldens others to think it is alright to make comments in a similar vein. It isn't.

BTW I was one of those who asked for Woody to have another chance last time - see, context again.

I agree, it is good news with IFNB. The WHO intravenous trials early in the pandemic has much blame to bear for the authorities reluctance to embrace IFN.

However, we do need to keep in mind the distinction between modes of delivery: ours is inhaled for respiratory diseases whereas this was delivered as a serum. I believe intravenous or serum delivery method could be cheaper than SNG001.

So good news, but perhaps not 100% directly relevant.

Thanks for this reminder, HelloSD. I remember thinking this statement was a little ambiguous. There is the stated aim of 100K per month but the bit about 'building inventory' as we go along is a little greyer. It does make sense that they build inventory - how else can they assess the manufacturing and delivery pipeline.

I am now wondering if this ties in with the latest video released by MHR where Prof Holgate (?) commented about X number of does/treatments becoming available.

There are 2 things which move a stock's SP: news and sentiment. The two are linked.

Charts are used to read the sentiment of the majority, which can be in anticipation of news. Can reading charts be wrong? Of course because sentiment can be wrong. Just because the majority think something is going to happen, does not mean it will.

I like charts as they make sense to me but I also appreciate the contribution of many here who help towards the fundamental aspects of Synairgen.

Depends on the SP when I take my exit. Every substantial increase will allow me to fulfill more of my plans.

I am older now, so I am not interested in making a splash.

In any case, any wealth generated will be spent wisely, shared with family and a portion contributed to charity. Any excess reinvested for the future.

But all dreams at the moment. Let's get over the line first.

I personally believe the 'pipedream' valuations are possible but it is a matter of personal choice and circumstances how long we hold on to the SYNG shares for. Ghia puts it best:

But that valuation will only come after certain milestones are achieved.

It may have hit that on hype alone at the beginning of the pandemic but now we require more but I strongly believe the management team have everything under control.

I agree. Most will be de-risking or taking money off the table as the SP rises.
One scenario could be that potential IIs will keep buying and build up sufficient shares in order to launch a T/O

Jwd, you keep asking. No one here can give you a definitive answer. Several posters have given you their best guesses. Until results and pre-orders come in, we simply do not know.

If memory serves me right, I believe Numis (or was it FinCap) quoted circa £10. A figure of £50 was touted about a year ago, but that was before vaccines. Not to say we can't reach that figure - it just might take longer or depend on other external circumstances.

Also, as another poster mentioned, IFN-b also has the COPD market which is huge. Monetising into this market was stalled due to focusing on Covid.
